Haley was our server , she seemed not very interested in taking our order , I ordered the bacon deluxe burger , she forgot to... call my bacon for my burger , so I waited to eat my burger till the bacon was cooked, I ordered hash browns with Jalepenos andcheese they took a slice of cheese and plopped on my hash browns. Waffle house prices have gone up but the quality and servicedefinitely went down. I know places are short handed and people are trying to get by. But this was the first and last time Iwill visit this waffle house. My hamburger was dry as it could be and I had to ask for another tomato bc the one they gave mehad brown marks on it. It was absolutely the worse exp. I had at a waffle house . My husband's breakfast was ok he said. But myfood was horrible. None of the people working there wanted to be there. Oh and a employee came in and asked Haley where haveyou been? Her reply was " Around the corner and up your A$$_ !! Why real professional. It was not a pleasant visit at all. It was packed when we got there but yet we were in and out within the hr. The waiter was super cool! I can't remember her name I... just know her daughter works there as well lol. Food was on point and service was spectacular! 5/5 for sure! Read more

Can't rate the food because we were never even asked for a drink order. Server just pointed where to sit, 2 tables sat after us... got drinks. Guess my 5 person order and tip wasn't cost effective. Be easier if your staff just told me to go F- myself insteadof cleaning the table next to us, looking at us as we raise our hand then telling your regular, I assume, 'be right there'. Read more
