NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!! You'll understand why! First let me by saying we are active duty military and are honest people. We moved... to Pensacola, found this restaurant. All seemed fine at the restaurant. Courteous staff, hot food, quiet setting. A woman stoodat the front and stared us down for a majority of the meal. Paid, then told they charged us for the wrong table. Swiped my cardagain. Get home and we were charged 3 times. Not twice, but three. In total, we paid around 125.00 for our 1 family dinner thatwas approx. 65.00. Called in after, that is what my bank suggested to do first, and holy hell! Asst. Manager, was beyondpleasant and understanding. We didn't want a refund, but to place an order for this evening and have them comp the meal. Thesame meal as our first meal. The manager-power house- and rude as all hell, (probably the lady staring us down), said she onlysees 2 transactions, even though I sent her via text our bank statement showing three , with three separate transaction numbers.She refused to rectify the situation, yelled and talked over me and my husband, and then hung up on us. We were going to goback, but hell no. NEVER go here. They don't support military or customers being accurate. She wouldn't let me talk to theAsst. manager again, and said she's the boss and she is in charge. Read more
My family's favorite Mexican restaurant in Pensacola. Although we have our favorite dishes, everything I've tried has been... delicious. Best guacamole! Staff is always attentive and kind. Just a great place to enjoy a meal. We rarely miss a weekendvisit...it's that good. Read more

My entire party enjoyed an excellent lunch with tasty margaritas. The chicken in my fajitas was cooked perfectly, very flavorful... and juicy. Salsa and chips were outstanding. The only fault was slow service for the first 15 minutes, but they were busy and itwas lunch time. We'll be back! Read more
Stopped here for a Saturday lunch before heading to the airport to catch our flight home. Super fast! Courteous, attentive wait... staff. Food was top notch. I had the tacos Americanos. What an amazing place to eat. By far the best in Pensacola. Tucán never fails to deliver fast hot and delicious food no... matter what I've ordered. The server staff is super friendly and the atmosphere is always excellent. If you stop in for lunchor Dinner you will not be disappointed. And a shout out to the best server they have.
