This was the first time I had been back since the remodel. The Oaks has been moved downstairs and it looks awesome! No more... dingy carpet; lots of light now as well. Plenty of seating still. Prices are great. Ingredient quality seems rather low. I got a roast beef sandwich special which came with green beens and... mashed potatoes, and my wife got the chicken and waffles. Chicken and waffles were way better than my roast beef meal. The greenbeans came from a can, the gravy tasted like it came prepackaged from somewhere, and the mashed potatoes tasted like thedehydrated type that you add hot water to. Read more
