They did not give me everything in my prepaid, very large order. They do curb side and put everything in telling you they... checked it. Well, they did not. It ruined Thanksgiving for the kids who did not get the 2 mash potatoes. I called the Fridayafter and the manager Marcus Said he was sorry and he would give me a 25.00 gift card if I drove back. Came in yesterday for my first time. All I had was a turkey sandwich and some potato salad. food was expensive and mediocre at... best but the worst part is that it gave me EXTREME FOOD POISONING. Make sure you check what they give you when they load your car and you do curbside prepaid. I picked up Over a $200 order and... they forgot to put in the 2 mashed potatoes, which ruin Thanksgiving for the little kids who was expecting them. I have been wanting to try this place for some time, it wasn't what I thought it was going to be, but it was good none the less.... I had the ham salad sandwich. It was good but not a big fan of the multigrain bread. I will get again if I can get adifferent bread. The wife got the Tavern Club. She didn't care for the multi grain bread. She also ordered a pound of thechicken salad and the broccoli salad. She raved over the chicken salad. She also made it a point to tell me a few days laterthat there is a Honey Baked Ham next to where one of her doctor appointments location in Destin so she got more chicken saladthere but she didn't bring me anything. This business takes over the phone holiday orders but then doesn't honor them. When you show up to pick up your paid order at... the time given they don't have it because they're sold out because they gave it to all the walk-ins that morning, even thoughthe order was placed several weeks before. They did this to MANY customers. People were upset. This location is a train wreck. Read more
