These are by far the best tacos in Pensacola! I eat here often and the Taco Truck never disappoints! Their food has great flavor... and they even have healthy options if you ever need it. This food trailer is located behind the Perfect Plain Brewery. Don't let the photo of green trailer fool you, it's actually red... on all other sides if you view it from the street. It was very difficult to find this place, they need to make it more clearwhere they're located! Park on a side road and you can walk through the fence to access this place. Food was quite good here.One negative about this place is that none of the seating areas were covered from rain - everything was wet so we ate in thecar. Read more

Best thing about this food truck is the brewery it resides in. Not many things we miss about CA but authentic Mexican is... definitely on that short list. Ordered two sampler platters and asked for all three choices of meat. It took 45 minutes to makethe 10 tacos and I'm pretty sure they had microwaved them. The tortilla was stale and chewy also all three meats were extremelydry. Read more
