I frequent there often but after today, I have had enough. A few of the workers are rude on the regular and they're always... looking as if they don't want to be there. Tonight I ordered a meal and specifically stated that I wanted to substitute thechips for cookies but was charged for combo+ extra cookies and was told that "I had to get chips or extra cookies because"he" isnot here to do a refund". Subway has always kept their franchise traditional. That's what we like about it. It hasn't tried to compete with other fast... food or restaurants by making something that doesn't fit in with sub sandwiches. Plus the fact to have a sub made specificallythe way you like it, tells you it's always made fresh. Read more
Awesome experience yesterday! I have not had Subway in a long time (Probably before covid). So I ordered our meal online. And... good thing too because they have more subs online! Anyways, I go inside to pick up my order and it was perfect. Ready, hot, andjust waiting there for us! haha I have a feeling I met the owner, but I didn't ask. But whoever was there was awesome! greatattitude, friendly, and you can tell just good people. I went there in the middle of the afternoon and there was a good crowdthere!. So they must be doing something right. I tell you, just having friendly people working there was a treat. I left therewith our perfect order actually feeling happy! How often does that happen!
