Let me preface this with the fact that I have worked for several Subway restaurants, I understand it can be frustrating and... chaotic for lunch rushes. How do you read an order that clearly states ?No lettuce, only spinach?, and then FILL the bowl withlettuce, and NO SPINACH? Complete incompetence.
