I stopped by this location for about the third time this morning. I will preface this review by saying that I love Starbucks,... and I come from a retail background so I fully understand how demanding their jobs can be. However, this is the only StarbucksI?ve been to where the staff has made me feel uncomfortable while ordering; it has been obvious my presence was a nuisance. Idealt with it the first couple of times, but today it got worse. I bought a reusable cup and ordered an iced coffee and theyprepared it in the cup. When I went to put the lid on the cup they didn?t leave room for the lid and iced coffee wenteverywhere. On my clothes, skin, the counter, the floor, etc. I even wasn?t that upset because I realized I could have noticedthe problem and drank some of the coffee before I put the lid on there. What pushed me over the edge was that every singleemployee saw me trying to clean up myself and this mess. One was busy making drinks and I understand that, but the other twoweren?t doing anything. No one offered to help me clean it up, or offered a rag to make it easier. No one apologized for fillingit to the brim. They have lost my business for lacking basic human kindness. Which stinks, because I love Starbucks coffee, butI refuse to go to a business where multiple employees let this happen and all seemed okay with it. Read more

So I've been coming to this Starbucks for a few Sundays in a row now in order to get some studying done, and the same two guys... are there every time. They are really nice guys and offer me free samples of drinks they are pushing occasionally. The place hasample options for seating, and a good amount of plugs for your charger(s). I don't order anything too fancy, but they get mydrink order right every time. They also honor the free refills on simple drinks even though they don't actively participate inthe rewards program, or something like that. They also heat their sandwiches up adequately. I don't know how else to brag aboutit. All Starbucks are pretty much the same, but when you get a bad one, you know. This is not a bad one. Come here. Read more
This Starbucks location is amazing! The staff here are great and friendly, especially Ben. There is a wide variety of drinks... besides coffee, which is great for me since I don't drink coffee. The strawberry acai drink is my all time favorite! I also liketheir ham and cheese croissant. You can pay with your Starbucks app and earn stars, but unfortunately can't redeem and use yourrewards there. That is the only downside. Overall, I've had a great experience at this Starbucks!
