I honestly don’t care that the food was good considering how bad the customer service was. That’s how rushed I felt by my... server. She rushed us the entire experience- from ordering (even tho she knew it was our first time there) all the way topayment. I wish I didn’t leave a tip considering she took my payment and never came back to tell me have a good day.. nothing.She just told us our total, took the money we gave and just never came back. Nevertheless- she also hassled me many times abouta dessert but by the time we were ready for one- our appetites were gone due to her service. I felt very very rushed by my server like this place is based on their turn over rate or something. She asked me about a dessert... multiple times even though me and my wife were simply just trying to enjoy our entrée! Then to end it all after I eat my rushedmeal as I was walking out the door the server comes running over to clear the table as if we had been there holding her fromleave for hours. I just wanted to enjoy the environment that rock N roll sushi had but that’s not what my serve had in mindfor me she wanted me to eat .. tip .. get out I guess !!! Read more
Management is terrible. Lady by the name of Amy treats her employees with no respect and even steals from their payout without... notifying the employees. I have heard nothing but terrible things about her from several employees at that location and evensome customers. I will no longer eat there. Read more

The sign said to seat yourself so we did…fifteen minutes later we were still waiting for someone to acknowledge our presence.... The restaurant was not very busy..only three tables were occupied. The server staff did not make eye contact or greet in anyway. They did however check on the table behind us frequently. After we left the restaurant we tried to call to speak to amanager but a recording said that they were to busy to answer the phone. Definitely off my list!!! One of my favorite Sushi ???? restaurant's to eat at!! They make the Sushi Rolls right there in front of you behind the counter.... My favorite 2 rolls is The Punk Rock Roll & The Axl Roll. The Punk Rock Roll is spicy which I like spicy so for me no need forextra wasabi so I can enjoy the toppings on it!! Plus, they do Hibachi which is so yummy ???? The Ginger Salad is anotherfavorite of mine. Did try the Crispy Wantons & I wasn't expecting them to be so delicious ???? ???? Love ???? the fact you canlisten to music ???? & watch music videos while enjoying your food. All the staff are really friendly. Just an FYI if orderingto go they charge a 10% take out fee. Read more
I REALLY wanted to like this location! Waited 40 minutes for our food because they had to cook the teriyaki chicken from frozen.... I asked for a discount or something given the waste of time I went through and the employees did nothing to compensate and saidthis store doesn’t do coupons we have nothing to give you. Since the chicken was cooked from frozen very fast you could tastethe difference and the texture was awful. Just wish there was a little more customer service trained into the 6 employees therethat night given how expensive the food is. Read more
Took the little one and enjoyed the music. The cucumber crab salad was amazing. Sushi spot on. They had a lightly breaded... chicken for kids that was very well received. Price is above average (inflation?). Will go again. Read more
