I'll start by saying this used to be one of my favorite restaurants. The food is great and the prices are even better. However,... this place gave me food poisoning, and it's the sickest I've ever been in my life. For that reason, I've not been able toreturn. I would say eat here at your own risk. Super mediocre. Got a braised pork banh mi and shrimp roll... both were meh and the oil used for the roll was old. My buddy got... a chicken banh mi and said the same thing; kinda bland, way more carrots than anything else, a couple of thin strips of prettyflavorless meat at the bottom. I might be spoiled after having legitimate banh mi in San Diego, from the delis at the back ofVietnamese corner stores where my friend had to translate, but these were not it. Ask for spam and chicken rice bowl only got the chicken in it. Never called me for my food to pick up saw it on the counter for... like 10 min before a door dasher came in to order and they ask if they were Mike. Whats the point of taking my name for theorder at the register and not calling my name for Pick up when I'm like only 2 or 4 people in the resturaunt and you know Ihaven't recieve my order yet. Really bad service by the guy in front should be paying attention to people orders then givingpeople road trip advice to go to gas station name bucees. Walked in and was craving some sushi. The sushi chef prepared I guess you call it a chef?s special. I was down to try whatever... he would make. Each roll were excellent and so was the presentation. First time visiting and the young woman at the counter was very friendly and explained what was in the different dishes. I... ordered a chicken rice bowl and a Taro boba smoothie which was absolutely delicious. I like that they don't use dairy which isawesome since ingredients matter if you're lactose intolerant. One of the you-must-go places in Pensacola. Food is excellent, all staff are super friendly, and the place is always clean. I... really like their boba; they have quite a variety of flavors and options that several visits are necessary to try them allout! My favorite is their bahn mi and rolls.
