I ordered online approx 30 min ahead online, when pulled up my order wasn?t ready I had 15 min wait, waited 25 when food arrived... it wasn?t what we ordered. Went in and was informed that it?s going to be another 15min wait as they don?t have spicy chickenready. Waited 30 more minutes. Costumer service was awful, and the men who responded said he was the manager. They clearly haveno clue how to run a business. Read more
Horrible customer service. We ordered chicken tenders and she said all they had was spicy tenders and asked if that would be... OK. We said no and she acted like it was an inconvenience to cook a batch of regular tenders. Also the fries were old, cold andstale like they were sitting out for hours. Disgusting. Read more
Out of all the times I got to this location there is only 2 good employees that does their job with out any attitude. I don't... know why you work there if you hate your job that much. There was an employee outside on the clock...like always.... talking tosomeone they know and was helping the with a car speaker and when I was ordering food they were bumping music. The drivethrough person got irritated with me because she couldn't hear me and thought it was me and when I explained it wasn't she stillkept her attitude and seemed as through she was tossing my stuff out the window. This is just one of many instances I go throughat this location. Cars are majority of the time are asked to pull around when half the time I see employees everywhere else butin the building or in the kitchen. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER JOB IS YOURE NOT ENJOYING THE ONE YOUR AT. There is a million otherplaces hiring I can recommend a few. Read more
Ordered a 14 piece white/spicy on my way to work for my work crew(7 of us). Had to wait about 15 minutes but that was ok due to... my order. Got to work and found I was only given 11 pieces. Called the store and made arrangements to get the remaining piecesbut when I tried to ask the managers name I was hung up on. Tried to call back several more times with no one answering thephone. Went for the first time and they were completely rude to me. I could not hear her through the drive through and she thought I... was ignoring her because I wasn?t responding but I thought she was just talking to a co worker because it was so muffled. I toldher to bust a coupon but she said they didn?t have that type of count and that they were basically out of chicken and I wouldhave to wait for it to be cooked which I told her that was fine she told me to wait a second ten mins later still had notreturned. Just got a 5 piece tenders meal. There was no biscuit in my box. Hardly any beans in my red beans and rice, I asked for sweet... tea and got water. But still they charged me $15.00 I'm sorry i visted this store. And now they're closed so I'm stuck with somedried up chicken ???? should have gone to Wendy's. And terrible customer service. Horrible customer service. They use to be tolerable but not anymore. I see them going out of business soon. Got food there a few... months ago and the red beans and rice had no beans. Chicken was over-cooked and dry. Had to wait forever to get it. Said I'dnever go back but decided to give them another chance. So today, June 22 at 7PM, I called and asked if they had any specials andshe said "No" and hung-up on me. Never again. Read more
They take their time making food and not afraid to make you wait an hour for a few chicken sandwiches. You also got a great... chance of getting attitude when ya pull up. My aunt didn't even get a refund for her order though corporate said they would.($15, she didn't get her food) ???? Seems to be just this location because the others in the area are just fine. Sad sincethis is the closest to my grandmother's house. We always stop by before visiting. Edit: Just went again. This visit reminds methat they never really have anything. The lady told us multiple things they do not carry that was shown on the menu. LOL Read more
