Went in this location today and was rung up by a young woman named Alexis whom was very professional. The entire time I was... waiting on my order I was greeted by several staff members...which is very rare. The young Woman Alexis was talked down to by acustomer she handled her self so gracefully, she didn't roll an eye say things under her breath or anything she maintained aprofessional attitude the entire time. I haven't been to Popeyes of any sort in a few years. A few folks and myself decided to do an online order and pick it up from... this location. The people working here are extremely nice. The restaurant itself is fairly clean. However, all of our food wascold. My chicken sandwich was almost not cooked all the way through. The french fries were soggy. Everyone else's food hadissues with it. There was a serving of red beans and rice that was missing. I was finally able to try one of their chickensandwiches and I was thoroughly not impressed. Pricing is extremely high for what you get..... Or don't get. We got our food atthe peak of lunch time, so you would think everything would be hot and fresh. But, you can look past the front counter and seethat a lot of the items are precooked and waiting to be served. It's highly unlikely that I will go back to any Popeye's. I dowant to reiterate, though, but the people working here were extremely nice. However, I personally don't recommend Popeye's ingeneral. Read more
Love me some Popeye's Chicken but they need to step ot up. Owner needs to fix the Air Conditioner it was super hot in here.

Ordered through Door Dash and it was a disaster. 8 piece Dinner was Old,Cold & Hard Biscuit was hard as a rock Potatoes stiff as... a board.My son 5 piece Tender Dinner Which was suppose to be Mild and he got Spicy couldn't eat it was EXACTLY like the 8 pieceDinner and he didn't get his drink. My daughter Chicken Nuggets Dinner was exactly like everything else mentioned above as wellas my 2 piece SPICY combo which was Mild Chicken torn to pieces couldn't even eat the Breast it was to hard. Ordered a gallon ofTea $7 and DIDN'T EVEN GET IT. Just ate at this Popeyes and honestly am disappointed in what I was just served... Ordered at 5:22 and was told to wait in the... parking lot for my food to be brought out to me,?dropping fresh shrimp?, about 15+ minutes later a guy walks out and hands me myfood... Upon first inspection the shrimp Po boy, a regular item I get, is about half the size of the ones I normally get... Openit up and there?s about 10-15 loose shrimp obviously meant to compensate for the loss of bread.... Take a bite and nearly chokeon it as the bread is uncooked and sitting on top of it is fried fresh shrimp... A steaming pile of... well you getme. Disappointed in this vist and highly doubt I will come again but, for sure I?ll swing by tomorrow and let the managerpersonally know what happened as this was unacceptable. The entire store had a thick grease film all over it. The floors were so greasy you could slide around, not joking either. Then... I get my chicken sandwich and there is this wierd clear film over it. I eat Popeyes a lot and never had this happen before. Itwas like they dipped it in wax or something. The texture was extremely brittle too, it was disgusting. Definitely will never begoing back to this location. Read more
