Absolutely horrible service going through the drive-through today. They asked us to pull up and we waited 22 minutes before I... sent a kit in to ask for our food wise. She responded they were still waiting on french fries. However nine cars I pulledthrough the drive-through after us and all had gotten their food. When she finally brought out our food not only were we stillmissing a french fry and didn?t get any sauce for our nuggets the three french fries they did put in the bag they put an upsidedown! They did not fall over they were put in the bag upside down. I don?t know who is managing the store but they need to gettheir crew together. Read more

It always amazes me that as long as McDonald's has been around, their systems are totally disorganized and terrible. They need... to learn from Chick-fil-A. They always seem to be working with a skeleton crew. I saw my order disappear off their boardcompletely, without me getting my order. Normally you see it move from the left screen, to the right now serving screen. Minewas just gone. Only after the person hands you your order, and only that person should take it off the waiting into the serverscreen. Nobody else. And their stupid shake/ ice cream machines. Use a different companies machine if they are that much troubleand/or break down that much. I have never seen Chick-fil-A's down. You should be ashamed McDonald's! Read more
This mcdonalds has the laziest employees 2 times I came here in a week and both times they say the hi c orange isn't working... because it was out. Well the first time I asked the guy if he could change it and he did. This time I ordered then the guy saysthe hi c orange isn't working so I just said forget it and drove away as I drove away the guy at the window looked at melaughing. They need to do a better job hiring employees. I won't be back to this location. These employees are disrespectfulshame on you to the employee who laughed at me because he is too lazy to do his job. Absolutely ridiculous! I ordered Big Macs 28 minutes before closing time. The drive through worker seemed annoyed. I received my... order and drove home. Once at home we sat down to eat. Well, the 2 Big Macs had on piece of whole meat patty each and half ameat patty on each. I guess the restaurant didn?t want to make any more meat patties for the night so they cut one in half? Iwill never go back to this McDonald?s again. This is why so many restaurants are closing their doors, the workers just don?thave any pride in their work. Read more
This is a busy location, especially on weekends at lunch due to being right off the interstate and vacationers. The employees do... an excellent job of keeping up. Seph, Melody and Val are awesome along with a few others that I don't know names of. We arethere regularly during lunch and seldom have a mistake or issue. Even so, any problem is corrected quickly. The app offersgreat deals so it works out as a good lunch for our family. Read more

After waiting 20 minutes for my cold food in the mobile app parking spot, they neglected to give me any eating utensils. I doubt... I will ever return to that particular McDonald?s. Read more
