I ordered the McDouble. The meat was so thin, I thought they gave me a single burger until I looked more closely and it was 2... small, very thin patties. Very disappointing since the price has gone up ($2.69) and the quality has certainly gone down. Read more

This mcdonalds has seem to forgotten that unless the ticket says no pickle for a happy meal hamburger, that you put the pickle... on the burger. This has happened numerous times. I tried calling the store about this, but their phone line is constantly"busy." Not to mention the numerous times I have received cold, old fries. Go to the new one on 9mile. So much better. Sorry to say this location seems to be failing customers. The frequency that the ?Frappuccino machine is down,? and yet they... advertise it and charge for it. If you ordered on mobile you have to wait until food is fully cold to credit the change incharges for accepting a coke in place of a $5 coffee drink. This is clearly either a false advertising offense or they remove itfrom the menu entirely. Same as milkshakes. ?The Machine is down? is the most irritating phrase to hear when you stop herebecause it is convenient, and you get cold food and watered down coke. I noticed they do not tell you about it until you are atthe 2nd window. This review is only pertinent for the S Blue Angel Pkwy location, although it seems to be an ongoing problemreoccurring at locations I?ve visited in Louisiana. Read more

September 2022, this used to be the better McDonald's to go to in the west pensacola area but it has steadily been going down in... quality of food and of service. 4 meals were ordered, all but 1 burger came out within 1 to 2 minutes of ordering, the missingburger wasn't realized by the staff member until delivery to the car, it then took 19 (yes 19) minutes to deliver the burger tothe car by the manager on duty (I would assume) who couldn't have cared less and it showed. Y'all seriously sent us home with a half eaten order of cold, overcooked nuggets and a very clearly open/used pack of buffalo... sauce. Definitely not what we expected when opening the box and just awful quality control. I tried calling when we discoveredthe issue, but your listed number doesn't work. Read more

There is only one person at this place who happily puts the asked for amount of creamer in my wife?s coffee. She?s there every... day and gets the coffee the same way and has for over two years. Today one of the managers refused to give her cold creamer fromthe machine because she didn?t want to change the bag. Ridiculous. We spend Monday here at our neighborhood McDonald?s everymorning for the coffee and ever morning just about there is an issue. This McDonald's consistently messes up orders, be it leaving things out or completely ignoring special requests despite them... putting a receipt that confirms they heard me order it. I work from home and my small break out of the house usually has to bequick so I settle for McDonald's because it's close and quick, I don't expect absolute perfection, just the ability to use youreyes and brain to make sure what is being ordered is being given. On 10/02/2021, around 9:30am... Saturday I received a medium size cup of hot mocha coffee w/ an extra Expresso shot and it was... only a little over halfway full. I was on my way to work, so I didn't even bother to drink any of it until I arrived, which wasapproximately 10 minutes away. A young lady brought my order out to me after using the app. I was in the parking lot at number7. The price amount for this cup of coffee isn't inexpensive and I want "the full quality" of what I ordered, not partially. Read more
