I went the other weekend no issues. Came back today 4/26/22 and had issues with the girl with lots of attitude! I ordered the... same package as the week before and the same cookies and now all a sudden that can?t be done . It was the m&m cookie sandwich.That deal is only on the buy 5 get 1 free. Not included in the buy 10 get 3 free. Okay so now I?ve got the buy 5 get 1 free . Igo to pay and it 15 plus dollars. I told her it was suppose to be 10 something plus tax. Oh well I upcharged you for those twocookies. I explained to her you just said that it was included in the buy 5 get one free. Now your flipping the script atcheckout. So I paid 15 plus for 6 cookies. Ridiculous if it wasn?t for my kids standing there wanting a cookie I would havewalked away. Especially with her attitude. I even explained to her the guy working was the one who did the buy 10 get 3 freepackage for me over the weekend. . She did not care and had zero experience for customer service and certainly doesn?t know whatshe?s doing. Very contradicting. I should have known when I walked up she was talking to a friend when she rolled her eyesbecause I was standing there waiting to order. Never again will I spend a dollar here again. Cookie was good, service was an issue. I was waiting in line and was up next. After the kid helped the people in front of me, he... pulled out his phone and started texting at the register right in front of me for a minute and a half (with his gloves on) andthen put his phone back into his pocket, then greeted me. I asked for a cookie, he then touched my cookie with the same gloveshe was wearing while texting. I don?t think you realize just how dirty phones are. This creeped me out and was rude he sat theretexting on his phone while I and others were waiting in line. At least go to the back to do that and don?t just sit there whileI?m staring at you, waiting to be acknowledged. Read more
I was pleased with the variety in cookie options available, and the deal for ten cookies is a great bargain. The cookies were... tasty and of good quality too. However, as some others have mentioned, the service was noticeably unpleasant. While notnecessarily rude to us, the associate was blunt and cold to my party. Read more

Went to the location in Cordova Mall, Pensacola FL. and tried to place an order for a 12in cookie using a groupon that expired... after today. One of the employees took my order and had me press redeem, then another employee decided to step in and tell me Ican't use it because it expires today. The worst part was the terrible way this was handled with a very nasty attitude. Thegentleman that initially tried to help us was kind and wanted to make it right, however the other employee was down right rude.So now we are out of the money paid and left with a terrible taste in my mouth from the "great" American cookie company.Terrible customer service and simply wrong not to honor a Groupon that had not yet expired.
