I had a T-Mobile $3 coupon but didn't know how to use the app so the Mgr on duty ordered the pizza for me. It was 8pm and online... orders end at 8:30. I drive and parked and filled in my personal info and credit card info. By the time I got to the front ofthe line again at the drive-thru it was 8:30 they couldn't bring my order up in the computer. The Mgr wouldn't honor my couponeven though I had the code on my phone. She slammed the window in my face. Then I called customer service # who called theowner. The owner is the rudest person I have ever talked in a restaurant business. He never takes customer's sides. I rememberhim because I had a problem with some wings 3 years ago and he did the same thing! Go somewhere else if you want good service. Read more
Ordered on the mobile app and picked up via drive thru. Excellent service! My order (6 pizzas) was complete on time and the... pizzas were not and fresh. They were extremely generous with the sauce, cheese and meat. Upon arrival back home (~12 min away)the pizzas were still hot and everyone enjoyed them. Easily the best Little Caesars in town! Little Caesars Pizza is ALWAYS a GREAT choice when you don't want to cook or do Dishes, Except that YOU have to live within a ... couple of blocks from store. To get the pizza home HOT. I live within a couple of miles from store and I almost ALWAYS stickPIZZA on a Parchment paper covered pan in warmer oven. And I almost ALWAYS am waiting for a pizza to be made that they Don'tkeep pre made. Read more
we waited in the drive through for 15 minutes. got to the window, told the girl our entire order then proceeds to say okay also... that will be a 15-20 min wait. (after we had already ordered and waited for 15 mins) we already waited for 15 min so we saidokay and went to the 15 min parking spot. we waited for another 25 min then a girl brought out a pizza for someone there afterus. i asked her where is ours and she said let me go see. 2 min later she comes out with our order. don?t recommend - they hadpeople waiting foreverrrr when it?s supposed to be ?hot and ready? only good thing is the pizza was very hot, fresh & delicious. I have been to this location numerous times and don?t know why I keep going back. They have messed up on orders, given poor... quality food, and been extremely rude. I called today about some crazy bread that I ordered. The bread was torn apart, dry, andhad no sauce or flavor at all. When I called, I was asked to just bring the bread back, but I had already driven it 15 minuteshome, and ate it because obviously I was hungry. The employee on the phone was so rude; telling me if it was so bad then theywould expect me not to eat it (how absurd, I mean I ordered food for the purpose of eating). She refused to fix the problem, andkept repeating that if it was bad then I shouldn?t have eaten it. Very poor customer service in my opinion. Read more
Food was ok but customer service was trash. Went in to the lobby at 830 and ordered a pizza and bread sticks. Was told it would... take 20 minutes. Lo and behold i return at 850 to have the door literally locked in my face, nevermind the fact i was showing myreceipt. I was then rudely waved towards the drive thru lane which was already longer than the line itself could hold. So I do not have a choice but to leave a review like this. I just spent the last 20m cleaning up vomit from 2 of my kids who are... 9 and 2 that was pure dough and pepperoni. The customer service we received while we were there seemed great to say the least.Not sure if i could Ever recommend this business location as the is my 1st time and most likely last time I have been there. I went though the drive through, they told me my order would take a moment and to please pull to the front or the building. 15... min goes by so I walk in and my food is in the heater. I wait for another 10min for someone to come help me. Dude has theaudacity to say I wasn't parked. I literally was told to pull to the front of the building you'd have to walk past me to checkthe parking spots anyways. I won't be returning, just say you messed up and move on homie Read more
