I have been coming to this Krispy Kreme since I moved here in 2016. And I am getting more and more disappointed about the jelly... donuts. Less jelly every time I go get donuts. I live in Navarre and it's a good distance to come here for their donuts and todrive back home and see how little jelly their is in them. Literally it was a quarter size in both my donuts. I remember beforebiting into the donut and instantly getting jelly. So disappointed ????. Read more
Today being National Coffee Day getting a free coffee of choice and the donut too the apple spice donut was awesome. Still miss... their powdered cinnamon covered donut so wish it was back. Read more
We showed up 30 minutes before close and walked in. We were promptly told that the lobby was closed and we needed to use the... drive-thru. We then waited 10 minutes for the one person who was in line in front of us for a chance to order. The donutsthemselves were good, but the experience was less than desirable. Read more
This place doesn?t even deserve one star, every time we try to come and get donuts late night since this establishment is... supposedly open ?24 hours? all of the employees are outside sitting on the curb messing around and when We pull into the drivethru the excuse is that ?our system is currently down? and it?s not just a one time thing. It?s every time, and apparently theystop making drinks at 5 in the afternoon also which doesn?t make since if it?s a ?24 hour establishment?. I suggest going to theone on nine mile if you want good service because this place isn?t it :) maybe try getting new management and ESPECIALLY newstaff. Read more
Good quality variety of donuts friendly service
My earliest memory of the KK on Cervantes goes back to 1965 in the original building. I can remember going with my Papa and... sitting at the counter and spinning on the bar stool enjoying my doughnut while my grandfather sipped his coffee. A few days agoI got the worst dozen ever. I really don't think I'll return and that's sad to me. I wrote the company and didn't get anyresponse. The assorted dozen were mostly filled doughnuts and there was little to no filling at all. I would say a teaspoon orless. One of the doughnuts was so small it stood out from the rest. The doughnuts have gotten puny to say the least. I am morethan willing to pay for quality. No so much these doughnuts I received. Buyers remorse! I ate one and gave the others away. Not worth the calories. Read more
The two Pensacola locations seem to keep donuts past their hold times. Sometimes they're very stale and dry to the point that... I had to throw them away. And other times they're fresh. It's both locations so I blame whoever the district manager is. Itend to visit in the evening. My guess is that they're doing this to lower food cost to improve profit. Read more
