I sat in line from 6:11 p.m. till 6:38 p.m. I place my order and the young lady told me it would be a 16 minute wait I said that... was fine by the time I made it to the window the lady at the window told me that it would be another 13 minute wait I was verylow on gas I had enough time to go to the gas station and come back before they got my dinner finished I finally got to leaveKFC at 7:13 p.m...... The lady who took my order was of mature age. Working the front counter and taking orders on the headset. She was pleasant and... attentive when I needed a refill. Her name was not on the receipt and I didnt catch it at the time. Nice experience Read more
Went there for a quick to go lunch, have not been to a KFC in a couple years due to decline in service and quality. But this... location won me back over to the colonel, the service was friendly and fast and the chicken tasted homemade, sides were hot andfresh and the sweet tea was good too. If you don't get a receipt it is because the people working there are scamming the company. I went for a bucket the other day... and they had Mr pull to the front of the store to wait. They forgot about me. There was only two cars behind me and no onewalked into the store. I finally had to go inside and argue. They told me that I didn't go through the drive through. I'm like"lady, I JUST gave you almost $40. Look at the sales receipt." They didn't want to even check. The manager was outside smoking, but came in maybe 45 seconds after I came in. Thank you whoever you are, manager. They made sure I got my food. AND theychecked for my receipt. Didn't exist. Was never entered into the register. They are keeping the money for themselves. So if afood joint doesn't automatically give you a receipt check into it. Read more
It had been quite a while since we had KFC. Ordered online. Pickup time was 5:38. I got there about 5:40. I didn't leave with my food until 6:15. The dining room isn't even... open, so no crowd. I watched several others come and go. Even received one of my orders while I waited for the order I orderedBEFORE the one given to me. It was a cluster. This was the biggest joke of a KFC experience that I have ever had. We pulled up and when we ordered they said "all that was up... was wings and legs". "Oh and the only side we have is mashed potatoes". I don't think that you should stop cooking things at8:30 when you close at 10:00pm. I canceled my part of the order and just ordered this for the kid. Take a look at that qualitypicture. Looks just like in the commercials. If I wasn't lazy, I would have driven back up there and asked for a refund sothat I can go to WinnDixie to buy some of the leftover chicken wings from the night before.
