I just got home from picking up this food. When I opened my mashed potato container there was a hair inside.
It looked very clean inside. The app worked good for ordering ahead but don't really like having to go inside to pick it up.... Never even saw or talked to an employee to get our food. I think that is what they want for everyone as soon as possible. Thefood was as expected and packed well with straws and napkins in bag. Read more
Worst KFC in town. Very loud mouthed, rude woman who seemed to be in charge but may have just been a bully. First problem, I... ordered 3 specific pieces of chicken at the drive through and she said "let me see if I have it". She came back across thespeaker after a moment to say "I ain't got it. How bout a wing?" and I only WISH I could express her tone of voice. She wasannoyed, trying to rush me. They weren't even busy for it being a Friday evening but whatever. I settled for 2 pieces, leavingout the one they were out of. As I sat at the window of the drive thru listening to her complain about door dash customers who"need to find a way to get their as*es up there if they wanted their money back" and others who needed to "learn how to read"and others that need to "do their jobs". As she (finally) hands me my food without speaking to me directly, she informs the poorgirl she is working with that "what she NEEDS to do is drop more chicken." Which considering they didn't have what I wantedavailable when I had ordered 10 minutes before this that would already be done. I was never offered the option to wait for whatI wanted to be done and on top of that she got the order wrong! I ordered extra crispy and ended up with original. Seems to methat if she shut her big mouth and paid attention to her own job it would be better for the customers, the owner, and the peoplewho have to work with her. Went there today for four combos (2 max and cheese bowls and 2 chicken sandwich) The lady who was working drive thru was rude to... the person who was in front of me and to the guy who was behind me. When I get to the speaker and was in the process of placingmy order she asked if I had wanted the combos or just the sandwiches (I had my brother with me who got the order from the familywho told me at the speaker they wanted combos) to which I was told after I said I wanted the combos ?Next time say the combos.?Whoever was in drive thru needs to have someone talk to her about her attitude and what she says to the customers. I ordered 3 piece box. 2 Thighs and a leg. The thighs were extremely small. Looked like off of a Cornish hen. The leg was old... and the meat was dried up on the leg bone. How could an employee sell those pieces that were way too small to a customer. It wasembarrassing and a bad representation of this restaurant. Read more
About a week or two ago, I ordered chicken poppers which is just what some people call popcorn chicken, whoever was working the... drive thru said they don?t have that and never had that and I was like ?I just got popcorn chicken here a couple days ago.? Weget to the window and showed the man working the window what we were talking about and he goes ?well is that called chickenpoppers?? In the most rude tone imaginable. Stopped by there again today and the woman working the drive-thru was extremely rudeto us and the people in front of us. The food is amazing, but the employees are disgustingly rude and lack in the customerservice skills area severely. Read more
We went there the other day & we all got the chicken sandwich combo and my son got a drumstick and some macaroni cheese. The... sandwiches were actually made fresh and hot and they were so delicious.
