I went yesterday on my lunch hour and order,the Turkey club and when I got home. It was tuna. I immediately called to let them... know my two sandwiches,which came to $30. And to say the least. I don't eat tuna. Was told they had some new people working ,they would replace my sandwich. I explained I was on lunch and it would be my dinner and was not able to come right back.1 Iwould come after work. I went later that night and some guy,acted like I wanted a free sandwich. He was like I need yourreceipt. I was like,I don't have it and I spoken with someone.but they shouldve have information cause I called and I wouldmore then happy to pull up my bank.info. I ordered the GARGANTUAN on this my first experience with JJ. First let me say I?ve had larger subs off the cheap selections... from Subway. This sub was so ridiculously thin, they also forgot turkey and roast beef and I?d asked for extra extra vinegar.Vinegar was either missed or it was so little was added that I couldn?t taste it. Very little lettuce or tomato. I also askedfor lots of black pepper and very little was added. Based on the name and prices I figured this would be a fairly decent sizedand delicious sub. I completely disappointed. And before JJ comes on here asking me to go elsewhere to state the issue. I willnot, read the review and do your own dang work. Sadly, I can see why ratings are going down at this store... Have ordered many many times... However, today I Ordered a "Big... John" delivered for $9.55 , sadly I would've gotten a better sandwich at a convenience store, with more meat lettuce and tomatoon it at the very least....
