When I ask to speak to a manager, do not put some 16 year old girl on the phone. Simple order, Turkey Tom on wheat bread with... extra tomatoes side of kickin ranch and a bottle of water. Easy enough, NOPE!! I ended up with white bread & NO EXTRATOMATOES! Could have told me in the Drive thru that you had no wheat bread at all. So guess what, that location sucks and Iwill never be back, which is good for you I know. But hopefully people will read this and think twice before visiting yourestablishment! Absolutely love my local Jimmy John's. The staff is always super friendly and remembers my order. They go above and beyond every... single time I place an order whether it's delivery or drive through. As soon as I start placing my order they know exactly who Iam and offer to cut my sub in half and throw me a side of Jimmy peppers in a container! At the end of a stressful day, it's niceto have a place that makes dinner quick, easy and carefree. These guys are awesome! Read more

I love jimmy johns , I?ve been ordering from them for years ! But unfortunately I?ve been unsatisfied with this location for the... past 3 days , From missing items , incorrect made items , & pricing issues . The food is great but the staff & management needsto just step it up a little . Being an manager at a fast food restaurant I know for a fact that it?s supposed to be all about wonderful quality & great customer service , that keeps customers returning! Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service coupled with AWFUL food that they couldn?t even be bothered to prepare correctly. Don?t... waste your money or time on this location. They messed up everything in our order and we just had to throw it out. I reached outto have the issue corrected and had to deal with people that had the customer service of a doorknob. The first manager I spokewith was completely uninterested in helping, the GM on site simply passed the issue to the ?regional manager.? Given the issueswe had we explicitly said we neither wanted a credit nor a re-delievery, we don?t trust the food anymore nor their ability tocorrectly produce it. The regional manager kept arguing us over just wanting to issue a credit and despite the fact I said wecould submit photo evidence of what?s wrong from the weird blue stuff in the turkey meat to the hair in my drink she did notcare. She had a horrible attitude and was more concerned about telling me how to address the issue rather than solving the issueto begin with. Mind you not only did these conversations take place in a corporate office but IN FRONT of my boss and coworkerswho ordered the food, if your ?regional manager? can?t handle that basic level of customer service deciding to respond to itwith, ?I?m not going to put anymore energy into this, I will send the refund just as long as you agree to never call thisrestaurant back again.?
