they have recently come under new ownership and the experience has suffered. store prices are higher than the prices online... which is odd. staff is super super nice. they dont accept American Express on the app or online since the new ownership. theymake it hard to spend money so i will go elsewhere. Freaky fast as usual, walked in just after 12 noon and had no wait. Store was very clean and smelled great. We were greeted by... the lady at the counter with a very good personality and a smile. Menu was large, easy to read and once we place our order italmost seemed to be ready before we was even done ordering lol freaky fast. They were okay when they first opened up. Lately I've had to wait an hour even though we're right around the corner for... deliveries. Not sure what happened. Todays episode took over an hour. We bailed way before then and had to get other food. Itried calling multiple times to cancel after the 45 minute mark, but no one answered the phone. Guy shows up I tell him we gaveup and didn't want the food. They refused to give me a refund. I didn't accept any food from them. Had to resort to a chargebackwith my credit card and I hate to do that. What a bad experience all around. This has kind of turned me off Jimmy Johns as awhole. Edit: Received a phone call from the owner. He explained his situation and I truly believe there are factors out of hiscontrol that are limiting deliveries. Owner was a cool guy and made things right by issuing a refund. I hope things turn aroundfor him. Read more
I like this location for their convenience and making a great Jimmy sandwich. I have done in-person and APP orders here, and... they have always been accurate. Not many customers dine-in, so there is never a crowd. Read more
This is an Excellent Location. I have come in to the store a few dozen times because I love me some Jimmy John's and every... employee is not only nice but great to talk to. I usually come during the slower time after my workout and grab a bite. Also, Iget their subs delivered to me when I am feeling lazy and not once have they messed up my order. Great service with excellentfood. I could go one about this place and in particular this location but I'm going to stop while I'm ahead. Haha jk, they nowhave Freaky Fast Rewards and you can earn free subs really quickly. Enjoy. Read more
It's easy to dismiss a place like Jimmy John's....don't do it. It is yet another example of a eatery that keeps it simple in... favor of really good, fresh ingredients. A much better formula than trying to do too much and ending up with mediocrity. Thewhole grain bread if you are into that, is soft an tasty. The meats are fresh, ice cold (=fresh), veggies the same. The serviceis cheerful and wicked, barely get time too choosy you chips flavor.... fast. And unless you are a big eater, you might have tosave some for later. Oh, the store is spotlessly clean. My wife and I got really sick from this location, might want to inspect your food. We?ve never been sick from jimmy john?s... before. I needed to use the restroom badly (upset stomach and diarrhea) after eating this but an employee was in there for agood 20 minutes until I left. I?d like a refund to be honest, my wife especially isn?t well after this. Read more
