I have ordered delivery from this location multiple times when I worked at the hospital close by. Everyone was always friendly.... My food was always delivered quickly and my order correct. There saying is ?Freaky Fast? and I must agree with it because todayI ordered at 1:32 and my order was delivered at 1:35. Now that is freaky fast!! Read more
Full disclosure; I ordered through door dash, which gave them an unusable address by not including the zip-code. After waiting... 40 minutes on what should have been a 20 minute wait time, I called the store and after the 3rd time calling finally got throughto someone. They said they'd tried to call me (supposedly) and then they corrected it and got my food to me in about 15minutes. I just find it hard to believe they tried to call me because when my driver arrived he called me just fine noerror. Awesome, stuff happens, no complaint so far. My sandwich had avocado, but no bacon on it. Both of which I had paidextra for. I can now no longer get through to the store after trying for another 3 attempts, and at this point I'm tired ofjumping through hoops for something that should have been right the first time. Highly unlikely to return in the coming months.May try again in 3+ months time to see if things have changed as I've always liked Jimmy John's in the past. If I do I'llupdate my review accordingly. Never have delivery drivers anymore. I suggest calling ahead before making delivery order or else they'll call to cancel your... order. Jimmy John's is made for deliveries and this location NEVER has drivers. Read more
Worst Jimmy John?s experiences that I have had. I am allergic to tomatoes - and they still put them on my sandwich when... requested to leave them off. Also cancel my order through the app. No phone call or discussion why. Save yourself the hassleand order something else. Read more
Love Jimmy John?s, used them all the time, delivered to my house last month in less than 15 minutes which was... unbelievable. However I am no longer in their delivery radius. I live 2 miles on the dot from the store, makes zero sense.Every store around them and further away will deliver to me, but not Jimmy Johns. Just sucks because they were my go to. Read more
Very disappointed with the expierence i just had at this location. I ordered online for delivery. Recieved the email that my... order was confirmed. I "tracked it" and it just kept saying order recieved. After almost an hour, i called the store and the guytells me "oh we tried to contact you i dont have any delivery drivers at the store but i issued you a refund and a $5 credit." Inever recieved a call from anyone. Or even an email for that matter. The charge is also still showing on my bank app. So letssee if the "refund" ever comes through. And i also didnt recieve any credit email or text notification of any kind. Seriouslyupset right now. I guess im just going to have to start ordering from davis hwy instead. Read more
This location is very unprofessional. After 13 minutes we finally get to place our order even though we were the only people in... line. Another 5 minutes to pay because the cashier isn't capable of doing math on bills bigger than a fifty. Then we finallygot our sandwich and it was so totally wrong. Had to go back in and get my own cheese and pretty much remade my whole sandwichin the car. Read more
