Went to JJ yesterday (as I was starving), ordered my usual the Italian nightclub sandwich. I was informed that they are out of... the Capicola deli meat. I was then told they would include a double serving of salami. I asked, may I have double ham instead ofdouble salami (as I am not a huge fan of salami)? I was told I couldn't do that ... Dear Owner, so not fair! I should (as thecustomer) been able to choose between double salami or ham (you should not get the option to choose for me). Disappointing! Read more
Service gets more horrible each month. Last 3 orders two of them have taken over an hour. Thought the slogan was freaky fast not... deathly slow. and they waited 45 min on the other to tell me my order was cancelled. Change your people or change your people. Read more
There was a slight mishap on my delivery that I ordered for my lunch break. I called to let them know it was missing the main... ingredient (in which I took pictures for proof and even offered to send the sandwich back), the polite and helpful gentleman inthe line said ?no problem at all ma?am we?ll take care of it for you now?. In which they absolutely did; the sandwich wasre-delivered correctly and they even added a cookie. This location is horrible at making sure modifications to sandwiches are made. They will remove a topping, but they will not... give you any extras. I have given them numerous chances to succeed, but they insist on being bad at their job. Either that orthey are too cheap to honor their offer and your order. Read more
Overall, this is a good place to eat. The food is on point like any other Jimmy John's. However, if I'm paying $0.75 extra for... avocado when I can get a whole one from Walmart for $0.65, I expect way more avocado than this. This is ridiculous. $2 for 2strips of bacon is also ridiculous. Read more
Jimmy John's sandwiches are always fantastic and worth the trip! On this occasion though, the customer service was not great. I... ordered a number 11 on white, and when the girl rang it up and called it out she said a number 9 unwich. The guy standing nextto her told her that that was incorrect, but she did not listen. When I corrected her, she commented that I shouldn't havemumbled, but my friends sitting two tables away had even heard me fine. Bad attitude. Read more
First allow me to start off by mentioning how much I love Jimmy John's Subs. The bread is absolutely fresh and delicious. Their... meats are always top quality. I have never received a yellowing piece of lettuce on my sandwich here. I ate here three times ina row one week and I absolutely appreciated the staff's respect and consideration when it came to creating a delicious sandwichfor me. I love how clean the restaurant is and I also appreciate walking into a clean bathroom every time. Y'all, if arestaurant can't keeps it's bathroom clean, then imagine the kitchen preparation area. Went there on 1/2/22. Wanted a #9 Spicy Italian night club, but they didn't have any capricola. Ordered something else. Went to... toss some trash but the trashcan had a floor mat rolled up on top. When they called my order the subs were sitting on thecounter. I had to reach over for a bag and bag the chips and subs myself. Crew was rude and didn't seem like they wanted to bethere.
