Ok so, service and food was great but..... We were double charged and now are being told we have to wait until Friday to talk to... a manager to get our money back! I never approved $100 + dollars to be taken out of my account. Only the $50. Can someone pleasegive me a number to call to get MY money back? Read more
The girl at the cash register was very nice, smiley and greeted her regular customer with joy and respect. It was nice to see!... That woman is a 5 star! The lady who cut my meat I ordered a "secret menu" item #11. She knew exactly what to cut! It was sonice to not have to explain myself! Read more

Today's experience was much more positive than previous experiences I have had. Although it typically does take an excessive... amount of time to get your food here, today was much better than the hour and a half wait I had last time when I saw 7 peoplewalk out due to the wait. The employees were much more friendly and customer service oriented this time as well. I am glad tosee that improvement. As a simple sub shop, the food is consistent, delicious and highly priced which is in line with the otherlocations. Read more
