I?ve been coming here for years ? it?s always been clean, they?ve upgraded/updated the store a couple times to keep it modern... which is nice, and the same brothers are always working here (I think they?re the owners). Went in for two philly cheesesteaks. The big Kahana. We ordered two giants one with jalapeños the other without. We received... two chicken cheesesteak whatever with jalapeños on both. I've acid reflux and can't handle jalapeños. We got them to go. Iended up eating a sandwich at home and my husband didn't want to let them go to waste so he ate one that night and the other forlunch at work the next day. 40 year old or so guy would not help me at all when my app would not show my free birthday sub. Showed him it was my birthday... and came in for my sub and he didn?t care and did not help to do something for me considering I drove all the way there to getmy free sub after signing up for rewards. I go here almost every day for lunch on my work days and it's a fantastic place to get a quality sub. I used to be a regular at... Subway and all they did was get worse and worse over the years, but I tried Jersey Mike's a couple of months ago and loved itinstantly. The staff are some super friendly folks too. Read more

Dissapointed.. Manager was very rude, when i asked to substitute a different style ham on my sandwich (as capicola does not... agree with me) i was given a unfamiliar rude response ?Thats a whole different sandwich if you swap that meat? ok. So can i doit? ?NO YOU CANT HAVE THAT MEAT. YOULL HAVE TO ORDER SOMETHING ELSE? I thought these subs could be made to order as well, itshouldnt be that hard to substitute? Well i guess that was too difficult to understand for this guy.. i eat here all the timeand thats the first time i was told no to a substitution. Maybe its new staff that needs to be trained? The food was awesome but the staff was even more amazing! From the moment we walked in they were so welcoming and attentive they... really made us feel welcomed. I just had Door Dash deliver from here for the first time. I think I have found my new favorite place. There is some kind of... voodoo in this sub because it is the best that I have ever had and my instructions were followed as if I was there in therestaurant. Fabulous job people! Read more
