Look I honestly get it, no food establishment likes to get orders when they are about to close. But if you close at 9 pm and in... my situation, you called twice around 8 pm to make a call in order and no one answers then you walk in to continue to hear thephone ring and see that the two associates are purposely not answering the phone, then that?s a problem. But back to my review.I walked in around 8:15 ish and instantly felt the negative aura and energy. The female associate was AGGRESSIVELY RUDE anduttered numerous times that she ?would never work nights again?, I literally was sitting and waiting for my order to be completeand all I heard was the associates complaining about getting late orders. The female associate constantly made remarks regarding?her feet hurting?, that ?she didn?t expect ?all these orders as they were trying to close?. I?ll repeat again they PURPOSELYwere not answering calls just so they wouldn?t have to make anymore sandwiches. They were even getting online orders and outloud were saying ?It?s 8:30, we?re not taking anymore orders?. Management ,it?s one thing to complain to another coworker inprivate but I WAS LITERALLY HEARING EVERYTHING AND THEY WERE NOT TRYING TO WHISPER. The female associate also said ?I used tonot care when I wanted to eat late, but now I see so many people doing it tonight, I have no idea why someone would want to eatlate? and this is where it really made me cringe, ?the female associate also said ?Now I see why people abuse prescriptiondrugs? like what does that even mean,? What was she referring to? The way these associates were complaining and complainingfreely when a customer was there is just disgusting and I warn everyone who sees and reads this to please be cautious when youwant to order jersey mikes in the evening within the last hour of closing. Only 2 employees on a Saturday night should never happen. Ordered a meatless sub which ended up having meat on it because cook... decided to use the same spatula that was used on a cheese steak sub before mine so I couldn?t even eat the already overpricedveggie sub since I don?t eat meat. I have loved, Jersey Mike's since first trying it over 3 years ago. However, after today, I might not ever go back. I went in to... order dinner for my kids and me. The only guy working @ 4.00 p.m. On 09/10/2022, took my order. He wrote it down on a napkinand began to make it. As he started putting the toppings on I realized that one of the subs was the incorrect size. I brought itto his attention and he blatantly called me a liar and slammed two of the previously made subs into the trash can. I told himthat it wasn't a big deal and that I would buy that sub too so that there wouldn't be a waste. He proceeded to inform me that Iwould have to wait to recycle at the end of the line. At this point, I almost lost it, but then a nice lady walked from the backand finished helping me. maybe he was having a bad day and I completely understand, but you don't treat a paying customer thisway regardless. This specific Jersey Mikes subs shop is terrible. The service is garbage. Every employee acts like they can?t handle their... job.No need to be kind due to the fact that I?ve been kind every time I?ve went in to the store. Only to have the employeesrespond rudely. Let me add this is 3 pieces of bacon on a BLT really what did I pay for the employees nasty attitudes. I?m sotired of employees taking their strife out on paying customers.
