When we walked in, it felt like we were being pushed to order before we even sat down. Our server was either in a rush to go... home or the whole establishment was ready to close down. It was 1900 hours. I was able to look at the menu and ordered the icecoffee. The ice coffee was very bland with more of a creamier flavor. Tasted like a creamy water. The appetizer sampler wasonion rings, chicken tenders, and mozzarella sticks. The only tasty thing was the onion rings. The chicken was over cookedwith no flavor. Where ya the simple salt and pepper. The mozellza sticks tasted frozen from a box that I could have made athome. My mega burger was not so mega. It definitely was no mega flavor. Bland patties even with cheese, tomato, onion, andpickles. Ketchup could not save this meal. The fries missed all the seasoning. Light crunch, other than that bland. Mypartner got a pulled pork mac n cheese sandwich on texas toast with a side of pancakes. For being known as the internationalhouse of pancakes, it did not deliver. The sandwich tasted like some noodles were cooked and thrown in the sandwich with nocheese. There was barely any mac n cheese in the sandwich. I haven't had IHOP in five years. I don't think I'm gonna be backanytime soon. Three Chaus out of ten. If you like IHOP I'm sorry for this review. Everyone has there favorite places to eat. Read more
We haven't been to an IHOP in a while so we thought we'd check out the new location. They were very busy, but the wait to get... seated wasn't too bad. The food took a little bit, but again, they were very busy. Food tasted great. I got the spicy poblanoomelette and it was really good. I don't know how often we will be in because we have so many local options, but the new spaceis nice. Read more
I've visited here 2x. So this a combo review. 1st time: 4/5. The first time we came in for brunch. There was about a 30 minute... wait, pretty decent for a Saturday early afternoon. Our waitress was great and helpful and the food came out hot, quick amdtasted pretty good. My kids aren't big breakfast people so it was great to order lunch items so early in the day for them. 2ndtime: 1/5. Sunday afternoon for brunch. We were in the area shopping so we decided to head there for brunch. There was a 40minute wait, again, reasonable for Sunday brunch. We were finally seated. Waited about 5 mins for the waitress to get our drinks and order. We already knew what we wanted so we were ready to order. Drinks came, we ordered hot tea and was served ice tea.Okay, lil communication error. Waited about 20 mins and noticed another table that was seated with us get their food. Waited 15more minutes, and got the waitress attention about our meal. She says she will check on it.Then we asked for tea and drinkrefills and waitress looks annoyed. 20 more mins pass and I noticed the manager so I asked about our meal. Waitress comes backand says she forgot to put our order in. 15 mins later and we finally get to eat. Kids are annoyed, Im annoyed and food wassubpar. The omelette was pretty good. My wife and I stopped in today for lunch while out shopping. We arrive at 1 PM and was immediately seated. We waited twelve... minutes before a waitress introduced herself and took our drink order. She brought my wife's sweet tea and my sprite. Then tookour order. I noticed that the waitress was struggling to understand what we were ordering off the menu. She then shared she wasnew and this is her first day.;( Thirty five minutes went by so I asked her about our food. She said she saw it on the window.Another 15 minutes went by and she finally dropped off our food. My wife told her then that she had ordered sweet tea and thishas no sugar in it. The waitress apologized and said they were out of sugar due to shortages. I said really? She said yes! Wetold her to exchange it for a coke. Now that was over, it's time to eat " our cold food". Why is our food cold? Why is my wifescorn look shriveled up and old looking? She exchanged it for broccoli. The food quality was subpar and service was poor. Softdrinks now $3.29 a cup. Over $35 for a hamburger and onion ring meal and wife's meal of braised sirloin beef tips and shriveledcorn. Never again IHOP! Read more
Julian, my waiter, who I have run in to numerous places, was absolutely AWESOME! He was pleasant and cheerful to everyone he was... around. I would come here again just bc I love his energy!?? The food was also IHOP delicious. The wait is def crazy. Expect towait. No matter the time. Read more
Well, sad to say I didn?t read reviews prior to going as I was excited about the new restaurant. Let?s start off by saying when... we came in I thought that there might be a way because everybody was clustered at the front podium however that was not the casewe were just standing there about five minutes waiting to be seated or even acknowledged. Then we finally got a chance to orderour food after about 10 minutes after being seated and had to wait about 30 minutes for breakfast. I ordered the breakfastsampler the bacon was burnt in the middle and undercooked on the ends the hashbrowns look pretty on one side burnt on the otherthe only thing I ate was my ham. The coffee wasn?t even that good. The waitress was nice and she was just explaining that theyhad a high turnover rate in the past three weeks since opening with cooks and they?re trying to get them adjusted. I work on Night Shift and ordered some well done steak at Ihope for my lunch time, to my big surprise when I went back to work... to eat my lunch for the 10mns I had left, this is what I was sold. Nasty looking, nasty tasty and absolutely not what I paidfor. Lost my money and my time and didn?t eat lunch because I threw it right away in the garbage.
