I don't normally post bad reviews. But this morning was over the top. I love Hardee's breakfast. I recently moved to Pensacola,... and this store is right around the corner from my home. It has taken about the last 4 trips to do this. I have yet to have agood experience at this location. I believe every employee, from top to bottom needs to go to another store and be retrained.Not friendly at all. I myself only order the loaded omelet biscuit meal. It's my favorite. Then, if I'm taking breakfast for theoffice, I order sausage, egg & cheese biscuits. I ordered in the drive thru, #8 with oj & a total of 6 SE+C biscuits. Shesaid she would have my total at the window. I pulled around and she hands me a small bag and & thanked me. I looked in the bag,it had my hashbrowns and 2 biscuits. I asked her where the rest of my order was, she said pull up and we will bring it out toyou. 10 mins I sat there. I shut my car off & went inside. Had to stand there and wait for 5 more biscuits to be made and get myOJ. I guess she was going to just let me sit out there. Caused me to be late for work and she never said a word. When I got towork, I handed everyone their biscuits, sat down to eat mine, and guess what it was, NOT WHAT I ORDERED. It was just anothersausage egg & cheese biscuit. The absolute best fast food breakfast! I will go as far as to say they have the best biscuits I have ever had anywhere.
I would do zero if it would let me. Outrageous prices, rude employees, refused to correct part of my order they got wrong after... I had to drive back up there for them to fix it. Which they still messed it up and I had to go back again. Major attitude fromworker about me wanting to fix my order! $30 dollars for breakfast for my family and I get I get a TERRIBLE experience. Place needs some new management and people that actually follow the handbook and not just whatever way is laziest. Maybe then... they would have actual good workers up in that place I?d rather go to the next closest Hardee?s than to give this place mybusiness just sad hope they can find some better management soon! Hot ham an cheese is good,the sweet tea sucks, an the mushroom swiss is good. Also didn't like that we could not get our points... on the Hardee's app because this location doesn't support it???? Read more
Line was around the building at 9am, but I spent less than 10 minutes in line. Fast and friendly! Hot Honey Chicken Waffle... sandwich was excellent! Just the right amount of kick, and the chicken was really juicy. Read more
Wasn't terribly impressed with your drive thru. Waited around 7min (one car ahead of me). Then, waited 4min for them to actually... take my order. Made it to the window. Home free, right? WRONG! Was asked to park it while they make one hamburger for my order.I just told them to refund it. Next thing I knew, they're handing me my burger.
