This has to be the worst hardees I've ever been to. I live near by so stop by from time to time and it's always a mess. 15... plus minutes pretty much every trip through the drive through. This last time I ordered the number 15 from the menu. The girltaking my order told me there was no 15. They only went to 13. While I'm looking at the menu sign that has a 14 and 15. Thenwhen I get my food. The sandwich is cold, the fries look like they are covered in pepper from all the stuff in the old greasein the fryer. And the drink syrup must be empty too. HUGE MANAGEMENT ISSUES!! We stopped to eat at this location on Saturday, August 6 at about 11:20. The dining room had about 6... employees who were sitting either eating before their shift began or looking at their phones. There was only one person workingthe grill and one person working the register. We were not greeted in any way as we stood there waiting for about 6-7 minutes,while being the only actual customers in the building waiting to order. We were walked passed twice with no acknowledgementwhatsoever. There was also trash and boxes just scattered throughout the kitchen. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad reviewbut this place has no leadership whatsoever. There is nothing like having to explain to your children why you are leaving beforeyou have even ordered. The workers seemed rude, asked for ketchup and hot sauce before we were asked to pull up in the drive thru and then didn't... receive either. Went back for sauce and was informed they only had ketchup. We were give 4 ketchups for 4 meals. Also theirbreakfast menu was broke so we had to guess what they had in the drive thru. The benefit was my Frisco sandwich was good, and mydaughter's s.e.c biscuit was good. My husband and son said their burrito was dry. Read more

Well Hardee?s this happened. LoL we were just served a 70 degree temperature burger: I honestly thinking that it was colder but... because the fries were hot the burger temperature raised a bit. Removed the bun and Touched the center of the burger ?easy 68degrees?. At this point in my life with everything going on, you can keep the 18$. When did we come to this ? This being wellbelow standard American cheeseburger. Me, I?ve been in Hospital food service for years and this fellow burger loving friendscould possibly end a customers life. OSHA. This place was horrible. I can't believe it. I ordered a little thick burger. They gave me a burger with so much mustard on it... that the mustard was all over the wrapper. I went back thru the drive-thru...told the heavy set white lady with red birth markon her face that I wasn't happy about all the mustard. She kept arguing with me that there was nothing wrong with the sandwichand I shouldn't have ordered it. They put the proper portion of mustard on my sandwich so I had to deal with it. At this pointI'm asking for a refund. She keeps telling me no. She not giving me a refund. I gotta eat the sandwich I paid for. I kept tryingto tell her I don't eat mustard like that. She finally gave me a refund and told me dont come back and that I wasn't welcome.Worst service I ever had. And I'm from another state. I use to work for Hardee's and boy do I have to say. I chose the drive through, ordered dinner for my family. Our order was exact, all the way down to the well done item. They... bagged requested sauces separately instead of throwing it on top of our food. They were very polite. Excellent experience!!! Read more
