Pleasant for sure. The low carb bowl isn't quite what it used to be and isn't as good as it used to be. Edible? Yes, but I... prefer the bowl to the plate and I prefer a shredded cheese instead of the plastic cheese are they used to dice everything up.Much more car friendly than the current. Read more
Food was cold, our sweet tea was unsweet,, and we didn't get the cream and sugar for the coffee so we were stuck with black... coffee. Manager said I had to bring all the food back to get a refund, we were on the way to Milton to a cheer competition andcouldn't do that. I'll never be back to this location nothing but trash! I work construction in that general area. I frequently come to this location. And the black lady with blonde hair is usually... the drive thru attendant. And she has always been fast, thorough, friendly and oozes great worth ethic... and I appreciatedher doing her job so extremely well. YET, that was NOT experience I had this morning. This trumps all my good experiencesI've had to date.... btw. I tried calling the store after I came thru the drive thru BUT nobody answered... called twice....nobody cared enough to answer the phone. Therfore, I am here leaving my disdain here with a 1 STAR. The female voice inthrdrive thru says yeah... immediately I know it is not the blonde lady ... I say um dies thst mean I can order ? .. yeah.. so Idid. 4 sausage egg and cheese biscuits. One sausage biscuits and one gravy biscuit. Easy... the young black guy is takingmoney... so I pay. And ask to put mustard i the bag please. He mumbles. We got no mustard. ... oh ohk... then all that wasstuffed in a small bag. ... when he handed the bad to me I immediately detected this isn't feeling right. He says yur gravy isin the bottom of the bag.. um ohhh Kay. When I got back to the job site I realize how little effort he gave my order. I had . No mustard, NO GRAVY BOWL to put the 2 in..... NO FORK, NO Napkins and smashed down all that in a bag WAY TOO SMALL.....LISTENup young person ... yu have no work ethic, no integrity. And you should not be working with any customers. Since you give zero F's about the job. We owe you nothing for your presence. I'm positive this review will not be received as a learning tool. And give u insight and yu can do better.. now since you know better. But. You will be the same all thru out yurlife. Hardee's .... yur brand is dying. The owner of the Pensacola ave store wake up. This location closes the lobby at 2pm. But someone needs to tell the manager to lock the doors since there are only 2 people I'm... the store. This is a safety Hazzard. Luckily the manager was able to take my order. Read more
It's one of the most convenient places for me to get breakfast in the morning. I rarely stop if there is a line, so for me it is... usually pretty fast service. Occasionally there's a wait. Biscuits are always good, service at the window is very friendly. I'mnot rating a fast food joint 5/5, but they consistently do well and keep me being a regular. Read more
I was really disappointed w/my B&G this time.The gravy was tasteless and I had to add milk just to have enough to cover my... biscuiy. And the steak on the biscuit Was dry/overcook or sat under the heat lamp to long. But as usual all of the biscuits wereperfect. And hash rounds were crispy and still warm upon arriving back home. Tried the new Hot Honey Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich. Please take my advise and DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! It's advertised as a... chicken sandwich with hot honey drizzle, bacon, and cheese. Unfortunately I received a plain chicken sandwich with the drizzlethat was near impossible to bit into because the chicken was so thick and tough. Ended up throwing it in the trash. Not worththe $10 they charge for the regular combo, hell it's not even worth a dollar. Terrible quality, terrible attention to detail. Read more
Worst chicken sandwich in the world!! I took one bite and threw everything in trash. Waste of money? and I believe health code... violations are taking place. The chicken was old had to be and extremely dry like as if it sat out for the entire day. I ask forcombo? they said no fries until Friday. I asked for specific drink, they only had a couple options, so I should have listened tored flags that the chicken was probably old.
