This review hurts to write. I ABSOLUTELY love Freddy's! So does our whole family (6). But the last time we went to this... location, we had a terrible experience. I began ordering our food and the lady taking our order was very rude with a nastyattitude. After making a large order for 6 people, she proceeds to yell at me ,telling me I have to start all the way overbecause she didn't ring up drinks. I start over and she is reading everything back to me wrong and angrily, and put her coworkeror manager (male) on to speak with us. I repeat my order for the 3rd time, he gets it. I pull up, pay for our food, get it,park, and start checking. We were shorted on the kids chicken tender meals, our burgers are cold, and resemble sloppy Joe'sbecause the condiments were just thrown on there very sloppily. The most pitiful, puny, old, cold, sloppy, burgers I've everseen. Literally had better quality from Mcdonalds. Love Freddy's but won't go back to this location. Read more

All of the staff is so friendly and always makes sure everything is fresh, clean, and out in a timely manner. I absolutely love... this atmosphere. Justin and Robyn are super sweet and very attentive. Great place. Great food!!!! Read more

You can tell they all work hard... together to make sure their store is clean, sanitary and that we can easily locate the items we need. Their produce departmentis unmatched. I'm back for my second time. And if my food is as amazing as the last time, I will be giving 100% props to the fantastic team... here. I know that every time I have an order from here to deliver, the food is always perfect and timing as well. This isprobably my favorite hamburger spot. There is just something about the food here....so incredibly delightful (and different fromother places) that I will continue to be a regular customer here. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich today and immediately noticed it looked like someone in the kitchen had their hands covered in... mustard as it was all on the food container and on the bun of my sandwich. The sandwich itself had no flavor and only had anykind of hot sauce in the very middle. Giving 2 stars cause at least the fries were good and the Pepsi crisp. Read more

Having been a very disappointed Red Robin fan of late we have been looking for something different and an enjoyable experience. ... We found what we were looking for today. Overall the place was clean and organized. It was slightly rough around the edges butthey were quite busy. Bathrooms were fairly clean, and well stocked. You place your order at one counter and pick up at adifferent counter. It was very efficient and only took a short while to receive our freshly cooked food. While waiting I wasimpressed to notice the photographs of the founding history of the company. That history being grounded in a WW2 soldier ispriceless. It was worth checking out the photos while waiting for our food. Our order of custards were put on hold until werequested them after we ate. I had the chocolate brownie and it had too much chocolate... if that is possible? Management wasvery much engaged in all areas helping fellow employees. My jalapeño burger was quite possibly the best of its type I ever hadin a fast food restaurant. I had it without the sauce and added ketchup. It was loaded with potent peppers. Finally a burgerwith an abundance of SPICY peppers. My spouse had a patty melt. She was disappointed because it was so dry. It had nothing onit except a few small pieces of onion, and some cheese. The size of the burger verses the size of the patty left large portionsof nothing but bread. Maybe that is why it was so dry? I am not even sure if we needed to ask for other toppings? Selectingany toppings was a question that did not come up in the ordering process. Because of the out of stock ketchup, (other than 2very sticky packets left on counter) a slightly untidy restroom and a dry patty melt... a 4 star review. I will gladly returnone day. Read more
