I have driven by this place many times when buying fresh seafood nearby. This time, after hearing how good they were, my wife... and I stopped. DO NOT JUDGE THIS PLACE BY OUTSIDE APPEARANCE. The food is delicious. It was the best food we ate on this trip tothe area and we went to several restaurants. The restaurant is quant and appealing on the inside. Try the fried greentomatoes. If it's busy, be prepared to wait outside sitting in old metal chairs. It's worth the wait. Read more

We came here after a friend recommended it. We were impressed how simple the place is and how good is the food! I?m not a... seafood eater (unfortunately) but they had many options for people who don?t eat seafood. My husband enjoyed the shrimps a lotand we definitely will come back for more ! Read more

This place is fantastic! One of the best restaurants I have visited in a while. You definitely can?t judge a book by its cover.... The outside looks a little concerning, but it is actually an amazing restaurant. Get there early! We got there at 4:45 and gota seated but at 5:15 it was a 45 minute wait. I?m not up for waiting but when we come back I would definitely wait for thismeal. Enjoy! Read more

Don?t let the ?trailer? look fool you. This is HANDS DOWN, the BEST seafood I?ve had in Pensacola in over 20 years. We had... drinks, appetizers and dinners for five adults and didn?t break the bank. The chef is from New Orleans and the flair he bringsto his food is decadent. The shrimp and grits is fabulous. The creole pasta is outstanding. The fried green tomatoes withcrawfish are spectacular. Our waitress, Jane, was a hardworking and kind soul. They are understaffed (like everyone) but youwould never know it. They are expedient, friendly, and great at service. Read more

We ate here on the advice of an Orange Beach shop owner. It's under a bridge and kinda sketchy looking. DO NOT let this fool... you. It's a scratch kitchen and everything was delicious. We ordered fried pickles for an appetizer. I ordered a grilled grouperPo boy with fried green tomatoes. It was fantastic. Our waitress, Liz was great too. Read more

4.5/5 but I rounded up. Small place and had to wait awhile despite arriving early on a Tuesday. Very sweet server. Good tea.... Good atmosphere but tight. Price high but fair. Loved the gumbo and the perfect blackened mahi, best I've had. Okra so-so, coulduse a dipping sauce. Only miss was the shrimp and grits didn't do it for me (it's my standard order whenever trying a newseafood joint), didn't care for the texture/flavor of the fried grits ball, nor the sauce. A valid attempt at unique, justdidn't work. Will come back. Read more

We are no locals but if we were we?d definitely eat here more often. This was the highlight meal of our entire trip. New... Year?s Eve we were looking for something amazing and we found it. First off as we got to the location I?m not gonna lie, I wastaken back by where this was located but we happen to arrive in perfect time, as they opened someone greeted us and our serverJanet was spectacular. She was attentive, friendly and I loved that they dressed up for new year?s service. The food wasfantastic we ordered shrimp fritters and mussels both were really good but my most fav was the mussels the sauce was fingerlicking good. The food was legit but to top it off they were also giving complimentary champagne we don?t drink but I would?vetaken a shot of Coca Cola anytime ???? ha ha. 5 ?? Great food, fantastic service! Thanks for helping us start our New Years Everight. Read more
