I?ve only been to a few firehouse?s in my life and never had a bad experience. This place needs some help. The cashier was rude... and kept getting flustered with anything that happened and kept saying ?I can?t do this? (I can't take this). One of the guysmaking the sandwiches seemed to not know how to make it and kept asking the others and kept asking the customer who order theirsandwich. She started getting on to him telling him to just read the paper and stop asking people. Then as she was takingsomeone?s order she started coughing up a lung. I mean I?m not all covid crazy but she was coughing a lot and the customers andemployees were all side glancing her and each other. I got the sandwich and got down the road and my son started eating it andit wasn?t even made the right way how it?s suppose to come. It?s one of the new sandwiches the guy kept asking how to make. I'm in this store regularly and have not experienced the negative staff issues some people have posted here. My guess, given... they're people with only one post and call out a manger by name, is they're disgruntled former employees. The food and servicehere is always great. As a matter of fact I'm headed there now from Ensley as opposed to going to either one of the 9 Milelocations. Read more
I came in last night and was so happy with my service, it was professional, prompt and the quality of the food was excellent.... The rep that made my food, Audra was the name on her tag, was great and provided me with a great experience. I will for sure beback and I will make sure I always use this location.
