Employees remain very unfriendly which I can deal... with if I didn't have to wait an extra 30 min in store for a mobile order I'd ordered 25 min before arriving to the restaurant.No sub takes an hr to make Awesome subs. I visited this location at peak lunch hour but I was through the line in no time b/c they are very quick to take orders to keep... the line moving very efficiently. All of the staff was very friendly even as busy as they were, which is refreshing, consideringcustomer service with a smile is so rare to almost non-existent these days. I received my order within 5 minutes and it wasexactly as I ordered. My sandwich (The Family Italian) was very delicious but I can honestly say, I have never had a bad meal atany Firehouse locations that I have visited in Pensacola. This locations always makes a solid sub. The prices are steep but it?s worth it. Today I parked in the lot 20 minutes before... they open to place an order for my coworkers. The manager came out and asked me to come in early because they had free time totrain new employees without a rushed line. Great leadership from her and great customer service getting me in earlier. I was an employee for 2 days. The work place is extremely unorganized, unprofessional and dirty. I definitely wouldn't eat there... ever again. I would publicly say how disgusting behind the scene truly is, but I might get sued. So I'll leave it up to yourimagination. They treat their staff like slaves and god forbid you have an emergency that they feel isn't important becausethey'll offer to come and get you for work regardless even if you say you can't make it. I'd give the place zero stars ifpossible. Read more
Went in an ordered 4 subs to go didn't get all of our toppings an found this out after we got home,then went back an the manager... said they were all there even though you can clearly see they are not. Very dissatisfied with the food,service,an attitude. Thepickles are always warm an as you can see there are no toppings on this sandwich ???????? and the drive thru is blocked off by acar an glad it was as they can't even get the order right when you are face to face! I walked in here because I was craving a Firehouse Sub (New York Steamer). I had not had one in over 2 years. Heck I hadn't... been in a Firehouse Subs for that long. But for some reason I wanted one today when I drove by the sign. I was playing hookyfrom work but knew I had to get back to work pretty soon. When I walked up to the door 4 construction guys pulled up and wentin right before me. When I looked in the restaurant I saw a long line. I almost just left. To my astonishment the service wasbeyond amazingly fast! A young man opened up the other register and I literally placed my order in under 2 minutes from when Iwalked in the door. The service was so fast it was like it evaporated. I went to the lobby where I got my drink and waited. The lobby was spotless, as was the men's room. My meal came really fast and it was perfect. Bread was not soggy. Onions andjalapenos added. The sub was fantastic. Then when I was done some lady came out and cleared away my table for me! I have donehundreds of reviews and this was the BEST fast food experience I have EVER had! Great people work here and I hope themanagement knows this and pays them well to keep them. Read more
The Manager at this location is Very Rude. She needs to learn how to treat people with respect. If you can?t handle the heat... then get out of the kitchen. Disrespectful to customers and disrespectful to employees. Read more
