Came September 2nd , its Friday morning. I asked for a matcha latee , response : we have no milk . Ok than can i get a large ice... coffe ? The mobile hwy Dunkin is closer to me, but I drive further for this one. They?ve made my coffee good every time I?ve been so... far. The workers are also really friendly! My only complaint is they are out items every time I come. Things like caramel andtortillas. And I like the wraps and caramel lattes. Read more
There iced signature are never made right and always watered down. Taste like strong coffee instead of flavor of the signature... drink is suppose to be. I can't find good customer service at any dunken donuts near me at all so give up trying with thisplace. Read more
This location is garbage literally. Employees were cussing about how there's garbage all over. I don't know what they got going... on but the food and drinks are awful. Not every location is horrible but this one is nastyyy. Drinks have no coffee all flavoredcream. Drinks that show whip cream aren't given with whip cream. You never know what you are going to get and can order the samething everytime. It's wild. After hearing the Employees cussing about garbage being all over I will never come back. Don't evenwaste your time unless you like being disappointed and wasting money. Read more
We went inside to order and the lady working informed me that they weren?t taking orders inside because there are ?only 2 people... working.? Okay, so I understand that businesses are having a hard time finding enough workers, but why wasn?t there a sign onthe door and the door locked? Also, there have been PLENTY OF TIMES that I have ordered inside and there were just two peopleworking. It?s not like they were swamped with business. There were probably two cars in the drive through. I have given Dunkin?multiple chances after a bad customer service experience, but I am done at this point. They run out of popular donuts, but they're very friendly. The store was clean and the service was fast!
