This place is always out of everything! Or the oven takes time to warm up or foods are still frozen. Any excuse is given to... prevent from having to make a hot food item. Not always friendly. They have a few great workers, but more often then not seemedbothered to have to do any hot foods. I really miss the dunkin doughnuts in Colorado never had any issues. Read more
The shop over there on Airport yesterday was out of just about every flavor of donut and sweeteners. The lady at the window was... nice and help me decide out of the very few favors that they had. She also gave me a bonus doughnut to try. I didn?t think I wasgonna like the maple donut but it was really delicious. Read more
The grilled cheese and pesto sandwich I ordered was completely disgusting. I ordered it at another location and it was very... good because it was actually GRILLED. This place puts everything in a wrapper, then heats it for a few minutes. They say theydo it in an oven, but the consistency of the bread is more like it has been microwaved. It's soggy and just nasty. Also, everytime I go in there the selection of donuts is pitiful. The shelves are almost always less than half full, no matter the time ofday. Worst location in town. Every time I come here thinking service was just bad once, I?m reminded that it is consistently bad.... Cold food that?s supposed to be hot, lack of understanding when it comes to dairy substitutes, ALways lengthy wait times,serving donuts that aren?t fully thawed. (This happened to me twice this morning. After seeing the second donut not thawedthrough, I just threw it away and went back to work. F*ck it.) It?s time to fire the whole location. I?m not typically one to leave reviews, but this was the worst experience I?ve ever had. I went because Dunkin on Olive/Davis is... usually quick, so I thought it would be here as well. I waited 10 minutes at the box with no response to order, couldn?t getout of line because there was a car in front and behind me. I came up to the window after being in line for 30 minutes, and theytook another 10 to get my coffee - then asked me to pull forward for my food. I paid for everything, and my food was wrong but Ididn?t have another 15 minutes to wait. The employee that was assisting the drive thru, I believe her name started with a J,was incredibly rude. Complaining the whole time about customers and myself. Was super unprofessional and absolutely the worstcustomer service I?ve ever had.
