If only zero stars were an option. I ordered 2 pizzas at 844pm. At 906 pm, they were baked and in "quality check ". They... continued to sit there for over an hour. Around 1015 I called the store to check in and asked if they planned to deliver thehour old pizzas. The employee, without missing a beat replied "yes, we will send them out when our driver gets back ". Irequested they cancel the order and refund my money. Around 1030 pm my doorbell rang and I caught a glimpse of the driverwalking away. They actually felt that it was appropriate to deliver two cold, one and a half hour old pizzas to acustomer. Just waited one hour for the delivery, decided to pick it up myself. The pizza was cold, and they said they were very busy. All... three employees were on their phone doing nothing. Unbelievable the lack of professionalism. Domino?s do better. Read more
I feel for the employees who are trained that this is actually acceptable service for a business. Cold pizza, received someone... else?s order, called to let them know and their comment was ?I have to answer this other line, it?s probably the person who gotyour order?. They thought it was comical. No refund or offer to make my actual order and deliver, just a ?fake? apology and dialtone. Yes, it is definitely on me for ordering once more from same store since after doing online complaint yielded me a ?free?2 top Med pizza. Don?t understand how it?s free when original was incorrect with peppers/onions (others persons order) but Icashed in the free pizza and once more experienced the poor don?t care service. Time to go back to other pizza places, I wouldhave liked to support the one local in my community but not at this cost. Read more
When I finally got it, the food was as good as expected..... BUT.... getting there was a difficult process. Starting with the... extreme limits on redeeming the $3 pick-up credit to them claiming I didn't check in when I arrived. I placed the order from theparking lot & corporate already sent me the coupon for a free pizza because my order wasn't in my hands within 2 minutes of mycheck-in. Because this isn't even close to the first time I've had issues at this location, I'm looking for ways to get mydeliveries from a different store. Read more
