Dominos pizzas are delicious. A family favorite of sorts. However, Customer service at store location 1001 E. Nine Mile is... terrible. The lady that operates that store is Rude and Clueless. I About 20-minutes ago, I placed an order for mediumExtravaganza pizza. Prior to order placement, I explained to them to make driver have correct change. We'll, the manager refusedto Honor my Rewards points and when the delivery driver showed up, he tried to extort Customer oby forcing me to give him asubstantial Large Tip. I naturally declined and politely sent him away along with the pizza. It is my prerogative to give a Tip.You cannot force someone to give you anything!!!! Read more

I really hate going to this location, service is usually bad. Today we pulled behind a Domino?s delivery driver in DT we set... behind her over 6 minutes after getting the message that our order was ready. We tried dt because on a previous time the personturned the timer off and came out over a minute later . I'm giving this two stars only because normally when I order delivery my order is on time and partially fresh still. Tonight... when I ordered delivery my order was placed perfectly by Lucas, but then driver decided he needed to make a quick stop atStarbucks to treat himself first, instead of coming directly to deliver our meal fresh and then proceed with whatever hepleased. When he arrived my food was cold and hard like a rock, definitely nowhere near fresh. Definitely having a word withsomeone in management. Read more
Katelyn delivered pizzas for my elderly mother and the grands. I put in the notes to place the pizzas in specific place to make... it easier for her to come out & get their food. Love the Dominos peeps kind hard working, places are kept clean, pizza and wings are yummy. They will deliver (not our area but... most) okay we grab on way home. We watch the delivery people running around checking their orders and loading their vehicles.Out of store quickly! If held up it's traffic outside when they leave parking lots. I love watching how smooth they are. Read more
The food is always good, but man, the people MAKING these order CANNOT read a Ticket/screen to save themselves....Everytime... We.order a specific pizza it's always missing the buffalo, it never fails. We are constantly reporting it and getting a freepizza out of it but man, when will it stop and they hire someone that can read.... September 7th 7:00pm. Read more
