Denny's is usually a reliable breakfast restaurant. Today's experience wasn't as positive as usual. The wait time for getting... the food after placing the order was rather long. My English muffin was hard, almost too hard to eat. The pancakes my guestsordered were good but not hot when they came out. I am guessing that the problem has a lot to do with staffing. Food was okay. The onions I requested IN the Hash browns. We're grilled ???? and dumped on top of the hash browns. (Waffle... house, always scores an A for hash browns.) It's a Denny's. An American style dinner chain restaurant. This one is generally filled with locals and stays busy during peak... hours. When they are slow, it still takes an excessive amout of time to get food and be able to pay to leave. Just plan for it.Mistakes in orders are common and you just go with it. We ordered a mid-rare steak and it came out a perfect well done. Themanager's response after checking with us was a shoulder shrug.
