The pizza was fresh and delicious! I love the cheese bread the soup all fresh and hot. I like that it wasn?t a lot of people.... Very good price and friendly staff. Only thing is the brownies and the cinnamon rolls were old and cold. Read more
Walking into the women's bathroom was like walking into a mustard gas war zone. It stank so bad man. There was no lid on the... tank of the toilet and the water back there was blackwater brown.... I remember fond times w this place as a kid but came hereas an adult and just can't do it man. All the tables are dirty, the whole place smells, just not an appetizing place to eat atall. Not to mention the taste of the food.... but ik I'm coming to cicis so idk what I expected. The staff is super friendlythough... just wish they could get some better managment/ funding. Read more
Today was good, the servers were courteous and the place was cleaner than it has been!! Salad was fresh and they will make a... pizza for you if you request it. Now till November they are having a special...$4.99 for the buffet on Mondays and Tuesdays. Twoof us ate, with drinks, for less than $12. The glimmer and family fun of what once was at this specific CiCi site has faded. Customer friendly service, food quality,... cleanliness and atmosphere needs a lot of work and training. The older gentleman with the ballcap that was bussing tables wasthe best in attitude, punctuality and friendly and even gave us a smile. He was the best employee. The younger employees wererude and acted they didn't want to be there, but I'm sure they'll take the paycheck. Read more
I know you don?t go to Cici?s expecting world-class pizza and service, but man ? pizzas were stale, pasta was hard, sauces... looked suspicious, the entire restaurant didn?t feel clean, and 3 of the 4 visible staff were openly having an argument whilethere were several of us in there just trying to get the pizza down quick enough to get out. Initially gave them 1 star,changed it to 3 when I realized I would go back again. What can I say? I like to live on the edge. Read more
Went on a Wednesday around five. The front cashier was on his phone the whole time. The older gentleman was doing his best to... keep things cleaned. The food was not fresh. The atmosphere was depressing. They did ask for pizza request. Will not be back. Read more
Pizza was good but very limited in choices, maybe 5-6. Used to be nice atmosphere but now not so. Not really very clean. Tables... that were used recently were dirty and no hurry to clean them. Older gentlemen there was working hard to keep clean dishes outbut 4 black younger men were too busy socializing and hitting on female workers. I call it as I see it. Read more
