Was on a grubhub order and waited 55min to even get the order. Talked to the people 3 times. By the time I talked to the 3rd... person the employees switched shifts and was told the order hasn?t even been started. After the first two people said all theywere waiting was the max and cheese. Ordered one combo with nobody else in line. Food took more than 45 minutes to receive. They must have had to grab a live... chicken from out back or something. Definitely needs new ownership bc nothing has changed according to reviews Read more
The staff at this location are super friendly. Yes there is usually a wait but it is for a good reason because the food is... always fresh. Best churches in Pensacola hands down Read more
Just moved back to Florida after quite awhile . Craved some chicken so we decided to come by . We waited in the drive thru line... for awhile, i wanna say about 10 mins , give or take . Then when it was our turn to the drive thru we waited ANOTHER 10 mins forsomeone to respond and take our order . My husband said ' excuse me , anyone there ? ' more than five times . so he we ended upjust pulling up to the window for a woman to open up the window and say 'You need to go back around if you want to order .. ' wetold her we waited with no response and proceeds to say ' I asked you twice to order ' .... now if that was the case , why wouldwe sit there for that long ? There was a line with more than 5 cars so no we were not going to wait . The woman that 'helped' ushad no customer service and treated us like we were an inconvenience to her . This place is awful. Staff usually rude. Never have the food or orders right. Wait time is so unacceptable. Always out of food.... Will not let you come inside. Went to pick up a delivery order. Said they did not have it! Never do they ever have ittogether! Always make you Sit forever in drive-thru! PLUS NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I ordered for pick up on the churches site. I had to wait in drive through behind several cars to get my order because the... lobby was closed. I was missing a large mashed potato and two large jalapeno bombers. At the window they told me the bomberswere not available and gave me a fry instead. The two bombers were almost 10.00 that was more than a fry. After telling me theycould not give me a refunded they agreed to give me an okra instead of the two large bombers. Then 2 staff members argued withme over the missing mashed potatoes until they finally agreed. They gave me the okra but not the potatoes. After waiting Icompletely forgot but then had to get back in line and wait for 3 cars to get the mashed potatoes. When I get to the windowthey tried to give me a small mashed potatoes. So once again we had to look at the online order, receipt and their screen. Ittook me over 45 minutes to get all of my food. The gentleman with glasses was the only one who comprehended what my order wasand could read the screen correctly. The one star goes to him. Will not be back. Read more
PAID for 2 #2 which are 3 piece mixed. Got all the way home all dark meat both boxes and no biscuit in either boxes or spoon.... Couldn?t find a wkn number to even call. It?s ridiculous. The fact it was a 25 min wait so I left and came back for this isunacceptable. Read more
I couldn't order walking in because there was no cashier. Since I was in the mood of fried chicken, I decided to wait on the... drive thru. I spend total of 20 min waiting for someone to take my order and then another 5 to receive my food (two 2 piecescombo). All this time I could see employees getting in and out of the store. When I finally got my food I saw a long line insidethe store. So are they getting orders inside or not? Read more
