Honestly it was not very impressive. Some of the machines didn't work. It was kind of small. I expected more of a place that's... been hyped up so much. My husband says the one by our home in TX is way better but this was my first experience. The pizza wasgood though! Read more

My family came for a school family night last night. It?s not the biggest Chuck E. Cheese I?ve been to but our experience was a... good one. Torri at the entrance was pleasant, the associates behind the counter were kind and Michael at the end of the nighttook care of my 7 year who lost his game card with his tickets on it (who?s also the reason we came). Michael was friendly andused a great opportunity to encourage my oldest son as a sibling. Who gets that at Chuck E Cheese?! I was very pleased withthose who made our experience a special one. We will be returning! Even though Fast Eddy?s is right around the corner, you guysmade our night. Thank you! Read more

We brought our 3 kids here to celebrate my 4 year olds birthday! It was fun, really nostalgic for me as I grew up coming here.... The staff was friendly, the pizza was so good, and in our experience the only "game" that wasn't working was actually the photobooth which we didn't care about. I just took 1 star off for the prices. They do not have to charge THAT much to play thosegames lol. It was like $103 for a pizza, 4 drinks, and each kid to play for 45 minutes. Read more

So I just wanted to give my two cents, whatever that is worth. I read a couple of reviews before writing this because I wanted... to make sure I wasn't just being a pessimist. 1. As others have noted several machines were down. Not a huge deal but still Idon't think it is something that should happen. There should be maintenance on hand while the business is open and if it issomething that can't be fixed while the business is open. Have an on call person available overnight to repair. If it is waitingon a part, then completely take the machine out or cover it in a way that people don't go by wishing it worked. 2. Severaltables and I don't mean 3 or 4 but 8-10 tables were dirty. This is a staffing issue I believe. There should be a person workingthe dining area as their main job. 3. Attitudes, they weren't necessarily bad, however, they definitely didn't seem like theywanted to be there. In fact whenever I asked for a refund from the manager for something he never even cared to know why I wasasking for a refund or even seemed to care about trying to go above a beyond to make the time there better. 4. There were a fewmore small things but that is more of a corporate thing and not necessarily a problem. Read more

Thoroughly enjoyed taking my son to the new Pensacola Chuck E Cheese. No more tubes running across the ceiling or ball pits... taking up the majority of space. The stage in the back is completely gone and replaced with a modern wall design. We didn't getto see the chuck e cheese crew and their song and dance routine though. My son was a tiny bit disappointed about that. But itdidn't rain on our parade! We enjoyed almost two hours of arcade time! That's right, the new Chuck E Cheese is a rad arcade thatmost kids ages 2-100 (we're all kids at heart, rt?) will have a blast at. Go enjoy yourself with your littles and play somegames. Challenge each other to a game of skee ball or a friendly game of shooting basketball hoops. Play some games, earn somee-tickets, then cash them out for prizes! Don't forget to check out all of their food and beverage options in their beautiful, newly renovated and immaculate location. While you're at it, throw some compliments at the crew. They were very courteous, helpful, and accommodation. They are also doing a fantastic job keeping the inside spotless and welcoming. Will definitely beback! ?? Read more

Only giving 2 stars because the pizza was actually really good! The rest of experience was awful! They took the animated show... out which was a bummer for my 5yr old but replaced it with a dance party so we waited for that for AWHILE and what adisappointment that was. The speakers didn't work so was no dance party he just came out for about 3 mins and danced on a stagething. So many of the games were broken.. they never explained the play passes to us we had to Google how they worked then mydaughter wanted to test for my son how he could pause his pass when food arrived after that she went to pause hers when pizzaarrived and said was out of pauses. We explained to staff what had happened and was just told that your only allowed 1 pause. Sothat was a waste of $25. Games that worked were so outdated and ran down. Couldn't even get ice because there was no ice ineither drink machine.. felt like ac was either broken or off because was miserable hot inside. For 2 adults and 3 kids was closeto $170 for pizza and hour playpass which couldn't even use 1. If wasn't for my 5yr old we would had left and asked for a refundbut he had been looking forward to going. Just sucks was a terrible experience. Really looks like the end is near for Chuckycheese unfortunately. They have not upgraded with the times, they have stayed suck in the 70's with 2022 pricing. Read more

Staff was all extremely friendly & accommodating. I was impressed by their service. Place was very clean, good pizza. They no... longer use the ticket/coin system, nor do they have the band, so if you come expecting that you may be dissapointed. Overall, itwas a great experience for the whole family, especially our two girls who loved it. Read more

The staff was friendly and helpful. We brought our 2 daughters that are nearly 2 and 5 years old. They had a blast playing... games and riding rides with plenty of stuff that was age appropriate for each of them. We ordered pizza and wings too and bothwere great!! We live nearby and will visit again soon!! Read more
