Was sooo delicious. Drinks and food were very on point. Good prices. Server was great. 3 stars because the silverware was dirty... 3 different packs had rusty silver ware. 4th was good. But still ended up just using plastic ware. Read more
My friend and I recently Ate at this location and the food was awesome. Our Server Liz deserves special praise because she has... only been at this location a short time and she has insurmountable skills. Liz is a spectacular server and she payed greatattention to detail. She was very polite and checked on our table just enough to make sure we were doing well, while also beingrespectful of our space and privacy. Liz definitely deserves high praise and I hope to be seated at one of her tables the nexttime I eat at this location. Read more
Tonight's dinner was great because our server Liz was spectacular! Liz was the best server I've ever had at a Chili's and... potentially the best one I've had in my whole lifetime. She was funny and friendly. She had amazing attention to detail. Shemade my whole table feel like we were VIPs. I don't think I could say enough nice things about Liz or how well she does her job.I will definitely be coming back to sit in Liz's section. She deserves a raise, a bonus, or at the bare minimum a free moltenlava cake! Read more
We are new to the area and rarely eat out but Chili's has always been my favorite place to eat when we do go out. We almost... chose a different restaurant because there were so many negative reviews. I am SO happy we gave it a chance. Food was delicious! Waitress was so nice. Music was a bit loud for lunch time at a restaurant. And man does the AC work REALLY... well. Lol But...didn't realize I was there at Happy Hour time...so an extra FREE beer was a perk ???????? Read more
Horrible experience. Ordered our food to go? Food was FAR from fresh. It was thrown together in a container with sauce thrown... everywhere , sour cream container inside of another container with sauce in it, spilt on the food?. With only the lid to thatsauce container. Burnt and disgusting. Called chili?s and spoke to the manager and asked for a re make of the food, theyagreed. They suggested I call door dark and ask for the food to be re delivered and they will re make it.. Called door dashcustomer service and they called chili?s and spoke to Brandi to confirm the order be remade and re delivered . Supposedlychili?s agreed then when door dash sent the order, they DECLINED it. The manager literally told me ?I?m not surprised that thefood was like that? SMH. My husband's meal was not fresh, and a bit cold. Mine was good, however. Waitress was awesome which made our experience better.... I doubt we return unless things change. Read more
