Used them for catering and received a partial order 45 minutes late for a business meeting. They brought the other part of the... order after everyone left and still forgot plastic wear. I called them to notify them of the poor service and was given anapology and assured they would correct the issue with a gift card refund and half off my next order. They charged me full pricefor the order, never sent me any gift card refund, and when I called for the half off order they didn't answer. Read more
I no longer go to ANY location in Pensacola, not only this one. They took away all well done orders. Even though me and my... family usually got our food after 7pm and used to be able to do it. This is my favorite Chick! I love the chick biscuit which I share with my dog. He likes coming there because the employees... always give him a treat. Even when it gets busy the lines moves at a good pace so you're on your way with your food soon. Then Imust pull over and give my dog some biscuit. Good dog. Read more
Great food always, staff was great in the drive through, but the girl working the drink station was a bit rude. I asked for... extra splenda (I wanted four of them for my large sweet tea, but the nice girl taking down my order wrote down only one), andshe rudely looked at me, like I was inconveniencing her by asking for more, and said "I'm all out, this is it". Seriously? Youcan't ask some one to grab you a few from the lobby? Or just not be rude about it when you are looking directly at me? Okay. Read more
Store was organized and clean inside & out. The bathroom was clean and even had mouthwash. The food was fresh & delicious. We... were the 100th customer of the day so they rang the cow bell and gave us 6 cookies to celebrate. It was a wonderful experience. Read more
Today was the 1st time I was NOT happy with their food! My spicy Deluxe chicken sandwich, was anything but! It wasn't spicy it... was practically black! It must of sat under the heat lamps so long the pickles were even wilted! It didn't have the usual heat,no spice at all. It was exceptionally busy. I went to this restaurant on 6/9/2022 and bit into this nugget that looked raw. I returned to the restaurant for a refund and I... was told it?s a ?blood spot? and got refunded for 3 nuggets. Absolutely horribly, wretched experience tonight at #01389. They ran a buy one 30 piece nugget get one free special from 5-8 Pm.... I arrived to see a long drive through line and a big crowd inside but hey it?s fast food right? Order #11490564 placed at6:02:13 PM. During the whole 1 hour and 50 minutes of waiting for my food, not a single employee came to check on me and findout how long I had been waiting. Some kid was going around passing out cookies and skipped right past me. I finally had enoughwaiting so I went up to the register for a refund. They took my receipt and said never mind your refund, here?s your order. 110 minutes for chicken nuggets is simply not acceptable. They most certainly served many dozens of people through the drivethrough during the time I was waiting. Plenty of people who ordered before I did also waited this long. Will not be back. Read more
