This chick fil a employee made my day!!!! I genuinely didn?t mind waiting 6 minutes for my grilled nuggets, but she came with... this card that I will redeem on my next visit! I noticed she?s fighting this heat as is everyone today, so I reminded her toplease drink water ????. Kindness goes a long way, and she gave me the pleasure of trying this DELIGHTFUL fall milkshake! Their food is always perfect. The quality of food at this location is top notch like Chick-Fil-A used to be 30 years ago.
This restaurant have a very sufficient system for getting you in and out swiftly. I use the app so I place my order in a matter... of 2 secs using the Drive Thru Express. It's heaven. Only troubling issue is the traffic. It's by the mall and a few minishopping centers so you can imagine. But food it top notch and always hot ?????? Read more
If you are traveling on Hwy I-10?.this location is on exit 5 on Bayou Blvd approximately 1 1/3 from the Highway. It is located... in a corner near couple stores. You can expect a little traffic, but we all know how good Chick-Fil-A is; they do have goodparking space. The restaurant was clean as well the bathroom. They do have a playground for children which is A- plus?I hadvisited many Chick Fil-A restaurants where they had removed the play ground. Our breakfast was fresh and hot. As always theyprovided an excellent customer service..courteous, attentive, caring and respectful to the customers. This location have abeautiful decor! When I'm on this side of town and it's getting close to lunch I'll stop by and get a large lemonade and a sandwich. Not a fan of... waffle fries but my usual tastes great. The staff is warm and friendly and that is what really makes the difference. Don't getthat kind of service at other places. Hope they get paid well for that. Read more
Service was fast and employees were friendly and order was accurate, as always. I don't think I could come up with a complaint... if I tried to. I especially love that I ordered a cup of ice water to drink, and they gave me a large! I know it's nothing toget excited over or anything, but as a Florida resident who regularly orders water to drink, I'm 99% certain that no otherrestaurant chain has ever done this! At several places they actually put ice water in kid's meal sized cups that aren't even asbig as a "small".. so credit where it's due! Thank you, Chick-fil-A, for literally never disappointing me and for consistentlydelivering what should (without question) be industry standard service. Y'all out here making everybody else look bad with justa little common courtesy and attentive effort. It doesn't go unnoticed. Read more
