If I could give less than one star I would Updated as of 10-11-22, still terrible, won't be coming back except to see if they've... improved. Portions are stingy and terrible. Service is quick like every other CFA in existence. I cannot fathom why, forwhatever reason, this seems to be the standard this branch of CFA is proud of. Empty fry boxes, incorrect orders, and lacking onsimple necessities like utensils or dressings. Plus 'threatening' to block me from buying from them again if I politely ask themto verify my order is correct. When I worked at cfa the order was right every time, every day. That's a different franchisethough. I know this isn't the standard at every cfa, just this one. This isn't the only time nor am I the only person they dothis to. Read more
So there was a young man who rang us up (you could tell he was very new) and he accidentally rang us up for a different order... than we requested. And that was totally fine after all we all make mistakes new or not new.. he was still very kind and helpful.A nice woman who worked there named Angie came and corrected our older and went above and beyond for us. Always fast and friendly. This location is always busy, especially around lunch and dinner. I have never waited longer than 10... minutes in line. The staff is always friendly and the food always fresh. I use my rewards to get freebies all the time. Ifyou live on the West Side or near NAS Pensacola, this is the CFA for you. Convenient and fast. The store was packed with people at lunch rush, yet we still got our order in less than 5 minutes with everything included! The... cashier was a teenage girl named Ariana, was very kind and gave service with a smile. They forgot my chickfila sauce, but gaveus extra to accommodate. Highly recommend! Went here to order some breakfast. Employees were nice and service was fast however, when I got my breakfast chicken sandwich... they used the smallest piece of chicken that didn?t even cover half of the bagel!!
