Waited in line for 15 minutes took 3 minutes to get our food, the burger was good, the fries were trash didnt like the taste at... all. Would have given a 4 but giving it a 3 bc of slow service and bad fries might come again but wouldn't recommend if yourtight on time. Read more

I live three blocks from the store on Davis hiway Pensacola. I ordered Double Fish, two large lemonades , med fries. I received... burnt fries, single fish & lemonade with No Ice !! I go there once a week. Never again. I even gave a tip. I trusted theservice, put my bag down and drove home. Truly awful. Service was good but no ice and burnt fries ???? burned my rear end too.$20 bucks a week ain?t much but my friends and I won?t be back. Shame! Read more
Need some update on the premises it said the speaker outside does not work cannot hear the giving orders are here the other... end.. always gets orders Mixed up.. Next step time you get to the window and get your food you're aggravated cause they take solong on the inside You have 3 people ordering 3 different meals it takes over 35 minutes or more to get your food If 45 minutesat some time.. Story is to long to post. Customer service is horrible. Fries were cold and hard manager refused to give me a refund or make... fresh food. A few months ago I ordered through the app and they were closed, I never received my money back. All around horribleexperiences. The manager refused to give me her name as well but she works overnight. I had to call the sheriffs department toget a case number because she didn?t give me receipts. Ordered two mother crunches meals and both sandwiches were inedible. If the owner is reading this, please clean the place up.... The grounds are trashed, the building could use a powering, and paint is flaking off. Read more
