I had previously had a not so good experience, but decided to give a second chance because we all human and mistakes happen. So... my last two visits have been great! Fresh food, hot and yummy. Service was good, meet a worker Michelle she's fairly new andshe tries her best to go above and beyond. I appluad her because she's trying to work and a lot of people gave up working jobs.So kuddos to her. Derek the manager at this location was great, made sure our food was right. First time trying Captain D's. I tried the chicken dinner with a baked potato and mac and cheese. It also came with two hush... puppies. The chicken was thick and tender white meat chicken. I'm on the fence about the coating I will have to try again butflavor didn't seem to be the greatest. The baked potato was generous with sour cream and butter. However it was steamed ormicrowaved so there was no crispy skin at all. The hush puppies were very bland, and the mac and cheese was kind of just onesmall spoonful clump and was just okay. The meal was $ 11 ish. I'm not sure what I was expecting but I've seen a lot of peoplepost on other sites that they thought it was good. I will definitely give them another try though. I will try the butterflyshrimp and possibly the green beans with ham, and maybe the jalapeno poppers. I'm not a fish eater other than shrimp so maybethis place is just not for me. Read more
Slow pick up times with cold food. Waited about 30 min for my pickup (past the 10 they say it takes to make the food) Once I got... the food most of it was good except the corn was ice cold & our broccoli was a little undercooked. Staff was nice and apologeticabout the wait, I didn?t mention the sides because it was take out. Read more
Simply disgusting ! The Fish was burnt ! The managers are arrogant, rude, and unprofessional ! The other employees are Nasty... not just in the way they interact with you but in other ways as well ! Asked for lemons she made a hastily noise slammed thedrive thru window! Acted like I had just asked her to do something horrible!!! Read more
Good fare and not bad for a fast food joint. You do have to wait a bit longer, but since they cook as its ordered, what do you... expect? When you get it, it's hot and fresh. I had the fish and shrimp and my wife had the catfish. Both meals were good, crispyoutside and moist and tender inside. The service is always great, and the prices are a little higher but well worth it. I haveto say it's one of the few fast food places that hasn't let us down yet. If you're in the area and craving seafood give it atry. Read more

Update: My RECENT experience was not good...I asked for a small cup "lid" three times. Finally, the cashier walked to the back... to get a package of cup lids and restock the items. Next, I asked for butter and sour cream for my baked potato twotimes....SMH... Both cashiers had "issues" because they completely ignored my requests. When I approached the counter with mynumber to pick up my food tray, cashier ignored me for the other customer.. The number "10" comes before number"11"... WOW.... I was so disappointed that I asked for a carryout box and bag... What happened to good customer service??? Iwill not visit this location anymore.SMH. Read more
Excellent fish, fries, hush puppies and cole slaw. But the staff is stingy with the tarter sauces. Even when asked for more. I... should get at least one container per piece of fish, if not more. Read more
