The place was clean. No one at the front register. Had to get the drive-thru cashier to acknowledge I was there. Onion rings... were tiny, dry, & old. Burger tossed together with ketchup on the outside of the wrapper. Read more
French fries where cold but they made that right. The whopper was good. The service was a 5 star. All of those that helped use,... thay all had good attitudes and seemed to want to make sure that we left happy, and we did leave happy. Read more
The food was horrible! I am so disappointed because I ordered for myself and grandson. It was 9am and no cars in drive thru and... maybe 3 cars in parking lot. The French toasts sticks were so hard grandson could not bite them. The croissant bottom portionwas hard as a rock. Also the hash round were soggy as if they were dipped in grease to make them hot. First off the girl at the speaker kept cutting me off when ordering, also trying to rush and give me a total before I was done... with the first meal. Had to repeat order 3 times. Was right on screen. Got home order was completely wrong and cold afterwaiting 10 minutes out front. No receipt in bag to dispute anything. Only thing they didn't screw up was the large Cokes withthe meals. Read more
At the outset let me say I will keep going to this location, despite the service, because it is just around the corner from my... office. But let me give you some tips to make it better for you, especially if you use the drive through. 1) don't botherordering a specific item because they seldom get the order right. just say "here's 8 bucks, give me 8 bucks worth of food." 2)bring your own straw because they won't give you one. 3) same deal with napkins. you ain't gonna get one so bring your own. Iknow it's a hard job and I'll keep going because a) again it is near my office and b)i am a glutton for punishment. Read more
I've been to Burger King's all my life I even worked in one when I was 16 and I'm here to tell you that the service we got at... this Burger King was phenomenal! The young man and the manager worked a coupon situation out for us in our favor. They workedwell together and served us with excellence! Read more
This was a horrible experience! We ordered 2 whopper meals.. There were termites all over window number one (which was closed)... so we got our food from window number 2. The bread was hard and disgusting and the fries were cold. We couldn't even eat ourfood! I don't live far from this 9 mile location but I don't think we will be visiting it again for a while because of thisexperience. It was a waste of time and money! ???? Read more
My husband ordered a whopper Jr meal. For 7.69 we come home and his burger has no bottom bun a a dime size piece of lettuce.... I've called the store 3 times and had to leave a message. I'm waiting for a call back. Read more
